We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was exactly as pictured in the photos. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Ryan was prompt in all communications. Would definitely stay here again.

Penny’s unit is pretty for a family of four (with kids). We felt like walking into the ocean the moment we opened the door. A welcome gift makes us special to her. We have everything we need inside the unit. Walk straight down to the beach. You don’t have to try to look for another beach. You need a car to get around but things are normally within an hour drive. Penny is always responsive and friendly. Will definitely consider Penny’s place when we visit next time .

Located right next to Turtle Beach, close to tons of other beaches! It was so nice to have beach chairs, boogie boards, towels and even a wagon to haul everything available to use. The AC worked great, which was wonderful for us Arizona natives who are not use to humidity! The townhouse had everything we needed and we would highly recommend staying here. The host was responsive to any messages we sent.

Initially we booked because the price was unbeatable. First impressions when we arrived, place was well put together. Farrah has put a lot of thought into her listing and it definitely shows. She has everything from tide pods, shampoo, qtips, makeup wipes, pool towels, a wagon, boogie boards, & more. Being that there was a newer washer & dryer in the unit made things so nice. Our kids loved the courts, as well as the pool. Everything was spotless, which is huge for me. I’m OCD! The bathrooms are newly renovated (very nice). I’d say be careful on the stairs & if you have small children DO NOT let them upstairs. The loft can be easily fallen from. We wish we could have stayed longer but Farrah’s calendar filled up so we had to move to a place next door which is nothing compared to Farrah’s listing!! We visit Hawaii often & we will definitely be back. Thanks again for hosting us! (P.S I am also a super host & it takes a lot to wow me but you definitely got a 10/10 place.) 🫶🏼☺️

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was spotless and well stocked with towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and everything you’d need to cook. Great location for exploring the north shore. We were two couples and the set up was perfect for us, with plenty of space and two bathrooms. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at this clean, quiet, and relaxing condo. The coffee was great, and we loved being so close to the beach. It was the perfect place to unwind. There were a few good food options nearby, and the peaceful setting made it easy to disconnect. Would definitely come back!

Wendy’s place at Turtle Bay was an absolute dream! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from beach towels and chairs to a full kitchen setup. The location can’t be beat—just a short walk to the beach, golf course, restaurants, and some of the best sunsets we’ve ever seen. Wendy was a phenomenal host—responsive, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations. We especially appreciated the personal touches and how easy she made the check-in process. Whether you’re looking to surf, relax, or explore the North Shore, this is the perfect home base. We’ll definitely be back!

4.5/5 - Wonderful property and fantastic location on the North Shore. Away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Clean condo, well stocked linens, laundry pods greatly appreciated, and high quality washer and dryer. On a family vacation, the bunk beds worked great for three adult kids. Extremely responsive host. Responded and acted immediately helping to troubleshoot the internet when we needed a break and just veg for the evening at home after a busy day. Kitchen well stocked with basic dish-ware, utensils, and spices. Bedroom fan was kinda weird. First only light worked then only fan worked. Remote did not work and there were no batteries available within the condo to try to change. Cannot run living room AC with microwave or you will pop the breaker. However, this did not majorly affect our stay, just minor inconveniences. Binder had fantastic hints on activities in the area. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved staying here!!! The bed, pillows & doona were amazing & so lovely to jump into after a day out exploring. The area was peaceful The accomodation had everything we needed & it was beautiful Loved the added touch of the fairy lights on the stairs 😍 Thank you for hosting us, hopefully one day I will be back as I have fallen in love with the North shore!!

We had a great stay! Despite a minor check-in delay caused by previous tenants, Shannon promptly addressed and resolved the issue, ensuring our comfort. She was also very responsive when we requested extra pillows, arranging with the housekeeper quickly. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this beautiful North Shore location! The home was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. It’s just a short walk to the Ritz Carlton at Turtle Bay, which gave us easy access to incredible restaurants, the beach, horseback riding, and the laid-back luxury of the resort’s bar and amenities. This spot is perfect for anyone looking to escape the typical tourist traps and crowds and instead enjoy the authentic beauty and culture of the North Shore. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning and far less crowded than others on the island. It’s also conveniently located—just a quick drive to Haleiwa town for local eats and shopping, 20 minutes to the Polynesian Cultural Center, and about an hour and a half from Waikiki. Highly recommend this stay for anyone seeking a peaceful, scenic, and culturally rich Hawaiian experience!

Great host, great place. Nice spacious ground floor apartment, everything you need is available. The kitchen looks brand new. Comfortable bed. Coffee tea shampoo, beach towels etc. It’s all there. Pool and tennis court is very close to the house. Beautiful quiet(!) beach is at just a short walk. We bought a day pass for the gym at the ritz (great coffees with a nice view!) We loved the place and we would definitely go back and stay there again. Highly recommended.

Staying at this lovely condo in Turtle Bay helped us start our Hawaii trip with deep relaxation and ease. It had everything we needed and more including beach towels, chairs and umbrella, fully stocked kitchen and a huge comfy king bed all in super well decorated surroundings. Easy walk to the public beach and hotel restaurants! We loved our time on the North Shore so much and this place was the perfect spot to come back to.

We had a lovely time at this property. It was easy to find, clean, and had everything we needed for our week at Turtle Bay. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio for our morning coffee. When we discovered that we were in need of trash bags, I messaged the host and I had a new supply in my hand within 15 minutes. We walked up to the Ritz to watch the surfers and the sunset a few times, it's just beautiful! And Lei Lei's restaurant had great food and service. All in all, a great property and host that we would highly recommend. Aloha!

We had the opportunity to actually MEET Theresa, and her pet dog Eha. She took us on a walking tour through the Turtle Bay complex of the Ritz/Carlton, and then went back to the condo and just visited for about an hour. She's originally from Colorado, but moved to Hawaii a number of years ago and made it her home. The condo is located on the #18 green of the Turtle Bay Fazio course, which is supposed to be opened in August 2025. It's a beautiful location. Theresa has all of the goodies that you'd need for a great North Shore trip - umbrella, chairs, snorkeling equipment, even pickleball gear. It was a great trip, and I hope we get the opportunity to do this again sometime.

The house was great, beautiful, clean, and very accommodated. They have everything that people will need from the kitchen, shower, living room, bedroom, and even for swimming. They have all the gears for swimming, towels, beach chairs. The backyard is beautiful and loved drinking my coffee with the sound of the birds. I love seeing the beautiful mango trees and plumeras. Also, we were glad that they have the air conditioning :) We had difficulty connecting with wi-fi, but Veronica came and helped us fixed the connections. She is very easy to talk to, very quick to answers, and helpful. The only missing thing is a vacuum. I wish they have one, because It was too many of us and sometimes we cant help bring some sands inside. We were leaving our shoes by the door, but some sands still gets in. Anyway, I just used the broom to clean the floor. Overall we had a great stay :) and will stay there again!

This Airbnb is walking distance from the Ritz and turtle Beach so super convenient to enjoy luxury amenities while not paying luxury prices. The Airbnb was perfect for 2, we slept on the pullout couch instead of the loft. It was great to have a washer dryer, full kitchen, and ac! Sandra even provided beach towels, snorkel gear, tennis rackets, it was a nice and kind surprise. The neighborhood was quiet and a nice change from the hustle of Honolulu and had access to the best beaches and food half an hour in each direction. Parking was closeby to the unit and made it so easy to check in and leave with luggage. We would definitely be back!

The kitchen was so well stocked with much more than expected! We appreciated the quality of the rooms linens and decor. The decor was a homey beachy vibe and was enough that it didn't feel as if you were staying in a rented bare bones condo. The pool was just steps away and the ocean is a 10 - 15 minute walk. Enjoyed morning runs on the golf course paths down to the water. We sat out on the private lanai and enjoyed coffee. Checkout was reasonable and a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Danielle’s place was perfect for our North Shore adventures. Clean, well-stocked and a great location. The condo is beautiful. Danielle was very responsive. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Air conditioning worked well. We were grateful to be able to do laundry while there.

By far, our favorite Airbnb ever! We were so lucky to have found it and sad to have to leave it. It is absolutely wonderful. The location on the north shore of Oahu is perfect - close to many beautiful beaches and the Turtle Bay resort. We took advantage of the walking trails nearby and along the coast. Spectacular views! The space comfortably accommodated 6. No AC except in the master bedroom, but we never missed it - we had a cool ocean breeze and slept wonderfully - the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and the coffee was much appreciated. So many thoughtful touches made this rental feel cozy and like home. The host thought of every little thing you might need when traveling and was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend, don’t miss this one!!

Fantastic, comfortable condo. Great location, 10min walk to restaurants and bars. Felt very private and homely. Awesome to have your own washing machine and dryer. Functional kitchen, beach towels and beach chairs were great. Be mindful that unless you bring an eye mask you will be woken up at sunrise as it is VERY bright in there! The blinds are only mesh privacy ones, not blockout. Lovely atmosphere and amazing fresh ocean breeze.

Would 100% stay again. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to make a good chunk of our meals there (and many others at nearby food carts which were great). The lanai was clean and relaxing and private. The unit itself was comfortable and well maintained. It was a great spot to spend our time in the North Shore and would definitely recommend.
