Beautiful apartment. Peaceful and quiet place with a beautiful terrace. Maria is a great host and made us feel at home. The apartment is within walking distance of the city center and excellent restaurants.

George is a great host , made everything easy for us . The location is great just a stone’s throw from the beach which has an array of restaurants. We used the bus a few times to Corfu old town and ipsos . The bus stop was at the top of the road which has more restaurants along . Would highly recommend . Thank you so much George !

we had a last day stop over due to having left a Gullet and what would have been a very hot day in Corfu we found this through air b&b it was clean airy and spacious a lovely pool and food and a bar The one downside was the walk down into the resort as although not far at all with no pedestrian walkway and some damage holes etc may be difficult and dangerous particularly after dark. We really rated the accommodation and the views pine clad hillsides were beautiful. I would happily stay but would reccomend guests need sensible walking shoes and a torch .

Fantastic! The view down to the sea is breathtaking. It's only a 10min walk down to the beach- with a supermarket and good, affordable restaurants along the way. The walk down is very steep though, you may prefer to rent a vehicle to avoid walking. I do have a disability and the uphill walking did sometimes tire me out, but I was actually still able to manage it fairly well. The walk to the pool is steep as well (a few min. walk away), but the pool and the views are fantastic! Also, at that grocery store, there's a bus stop, which you can ride to Corfu Town. The studio is comfortable, the kitchen is simple but had everything we needed to cook our own meals all week (just had to buy oil and seasoning. More benefits: daily cleaning, free parking, beach towels (if you ask Marilena nicely), plumbing that flushes toilet paper, and an adorable cat that lives in the garden. The kitchen and location saved us so much money; we were very happy with the value and would definitely stay here again!

Big room and kitchen with pretty much all you need. Cooked a light meal while there and had amazing views. The pool and bar area are awesome and you can easily spend a lot of your time there and hop down to the beach when you want. Wifi wasn’t reachable in every room which I don’t know why you can’t have in 2024 but you get good wifi in the main areas and on your terrace. Would go back again.

Very pleasant stay and in a great location, a few minutes from the center of the city of Corfu. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need and it is very nice that each apartment has a small outdoor space. Stavros is very kind and welcoming. Very comfortable parking space.

Exceptional - great, nice and helpful hostess, beautiful and clean apartment, great location, well reached, easy to drive everywhere. Every day, new bath towels were given as needed, gauze was disposed of, and the apartment was cleaned every other day. Sea 3 min. walk, supermarkets. Pharmacy 💯 % Recommendation value and if we come back, we will come back here! Thank you very much, dear Fotini!

A big thank you to Lascaris for its extreme dedication, constant attention to residents and lessons from Greek! The ladies taking care of the cleanliness of the apartments are also perfect and attentive to our requests (schedules, product replacement,...). Thanks to Lascaris, the residence's swimming pool is very very well maintained and you have a great time! Bus stop nearby but in our opinion a vehicle is essential for more autonomy. 2 negative points: bathroom too cramped and kitchenette not very functional and poorly equipped with oven and stove more than outdated!

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The breakfasts were absolutely delicious – a great variety each morning, always fresh and beautifully presented. The room was cozy and equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we slept better than I have in a long time. We have just enjoyed a wonderful two week stay at Villa Kapella and loved every minute. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable. We loved mornings and evenings on the balcony, looking over the mountains. The apartment is cleaned regularly and fresh towels provided. Both Annamie and Sofia were incredibly helpful at all times and provided lots of ideas about the best beaches, sights and restaurants. They arranged trips and transfers and were also happy to help with any questions - we could not have asked for more. Hiring a car with them was easy too and we recommend having a car for trips further afield. We used the bus to Corfu Town and to Glyfada beach - it was cheap and easy to do this. We loved eating at Spyros 97 in Vatos and used the local shop regularly (both walking distance). Thank you to Annamie and Sofia for such a special stay - we hope to return one day!

the accommodation was clean, new and luxurious. Exactly as in the pictures. I highly recommend it and if I visit Sarande I will choose this one!

The apartment has a beautiful balcony with a view of the sea, the basics for cooking, a Smart TV would be good, because the one in the place does not select channels or allow any type of external image, making it useless, it would be good for the night or moments of rest. The apartment is close to the beach, but be aware that it is at the top of the mountain, access to the beach is via immense stairs and steep slopes, for people with mobility difficulties it is a big problem. Parking the car is also very difficult, the spaces on the street are always occupied, and the few times I managed to stop near the apartment, they scratched the side of the car I had rented... a big loss... beware of this, everywhere you go you will need the car and then when you return you can't find a parking space. The beaches of Sarande and surroundings are beautiful.

The apartment was modern, well equipped and clean. The location was great,- close to the centre, close to the beach, close to the bus and a manageable walk to the ferry. Although it was so central, it was to sit on the terrace outside the apartment. The communication with Vanesa and Alfons was good. We arrived Saranda before check in time, and were met by Alfonse at the apartment and he locked in our luggage until check in time. I will higly recommend this apartment for your stay in Saranda.

Emiljano was a responsive and friendly host. I didn't meet him in-person, but I met his dad. Even though my bus delayed by an hour, his dad still patiently received me and even gave me some home grown lemons from his garden. I highly recommend this property. it's beautiful and private. Great for both vacationers and digital nomads. Thanks so much for hosting me, Emiljano & family. I look forward to be back again!

Had a wonderful time staying here. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our long stay. The bed was comfortable and a good size. Spent each morning with a coffee on the balcony admiring the spectacular view. Jiri was easy to correspond with and was very prompt in getting the local management company to replace the kettle when it became faulty. Would stay here again if back in Sarande.

This is possibly the best Airbnb I've stayed in. Besian and his family are such wonderful, kind and hospitable people that it was truly difficult to leave. The studio is very comfortable, super clean and has everything you need. Most importantly durning summer time is that they have really working mosquito protection. There is a bus stop right from the house and the house itself is in the best location for exploring the region. The most beautiful beaches are located between Ksamil and Saranda where the house is located. I strongly recommend these airbnb to everyone!

Great host , no problem with check in earlier and check out later. He gave us advice on where to go with the kids ...a cheerful tip. And the apartment is clean ,scented and everything as in the photos. Thank you🙂 friend

hospitable, helpful, and kind hosts. clean, spacious, and safe place. on the other side of the hill (5 min walk) you can find a beautiful beach. the place is remote and quiet. in case you travel without vehicle: buses to saranda run hourly from 7 am - 4:30 pm (one way ~ 45 min/1 usd). bus stop is located nearby on the road you can see from the terrace, besides beautiful sunrises and mountains. note that you have to do your groceries in saranda which can be time consuming. nearby the apartment is a small mini market (klaudio's) where you can buy water and a few basic products. i enjoyed my time at besian's, and do recommend visiting his place.

The place is located in the heart of sarande, its about 3-5 min walk from the public beach, restaurants & places to spend time with family and friends. The apartment has everything you need in order to have a great time on your stay. Eleni, its very lovely. Communication was easy and quick. I would recommend the place to anyone it is just perfect if you want to be in sarande.
