Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kavos

Beautiful studio apartment in a lovely location close to fishing village. Well kitted out with washing and cooking facilities. Nicely stocked fridge for our stay. We also experienced the food from the local bakery. There is no pool for the studio apartment (sleeps 3) and if you do want to go on any excursions a car is really needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The only thing that was a pity was that we were no longer with Annika. We were received super friendly and helpful. For our 1-year-old daughter, Annika had arranged extra toys and prepared the bed so that we can sleep together safely. She gave us great recommendations for the area so we had a great time there. Thank you Annika :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place. The whole family were really lovely and went out of their way to assist us. I am hesitantly writing this because Limeria is an absolute find-just amazing!! We would not stay anywhere else. Thankyou so much to Maria and her family Xx

Exceptionel house and location; inside very cosy ( for colder evenings) and outside beautiful pool, terrace and garden. Everything you need in the kitchen, really a family home. Loutsia is amazing in assisting and easy reachable. We certainly want to come back!

the apartment was very clean and welcoming. we had everything we needed. I loved waking you to the sound of cockerals and the birds and the garden is beautiful, about a 6 minute drive to the closest beach. There is also a lake nearby. I had hired a rental car so we could get to other areas and this is wise as this apartment is set away from the busy areas. The area is so peaceful and Nick was very helpful when I needed help with my phones WiFi and data! Nicks Mum was also very helpful and around when we needed her. All in all we had a lovely stay, and I would highly recommend coming here. Hopefully we will come back next year :) Thanks Nick and his Mum, we had a lovely stay!

The place is just beautiful! You can tell that it was furnished with a lot of love and is still very well taken care of. It was super clean and was also cleaned very thoroughly again during our stay. The hosts are also very friendly, have always inquired about us and have been quick to reach. The view of the sea and the location on the beach sweeten the day in the morning. We were super happy and will definitely come back!!

We loved our time at this villa. The host was very helpful and had a concierge available to assist as well. The property is clean and well maintained with everything you need. The location is perfect, just off the main road so it’s an easy drive to Corfu and other little towns. The restaurant next store, is good if you want a close spot for dinner or a drink. There is a water taxi that can be arranged from the dock at the restaurant as well.

We enjoyed our 5-night stay very much. The accommodation is very quiet, was very clean and had everything it needed (including detergent and dishwasher tabs). We were greeted by Pavlos and were given a bottle of wine and two bottles of water. The place looked exactly like the pictures. The sofa and bed were very comfortable. There were mosquito nets permanently installed on all doors and windows. In short, we felt very comfortable!

Our stay was awesome. Very beautiful island with many gorgeous beaches to visit, great restaurants and nice little villages all around. Evangeline’s great because since she was born and grew up in Paxos she had valuable information and insights for everything. We would love to visit again. PS. So many people just stop by and take pictures of really the most beautiful house (read up on the Maestro series) in the whole island.

She was so welcoming! They let us check in early after a long day of travel and the place was beautifully located in the centre town about a 10 minute walk. Will come again!

We had a really great stay at Dimitra Houses! The apartment offered everything we needed + more, George was very helpful when we had any questions. Great and super friendly host. :) We especially loved that it's so close to the water. Having a morning coffee on the balcony, watching the waves, a dream :)

Small condo with the most beautiful view! Quaint Greek town with wonderful restaurants just a short hike down the hill. Just was very helpful arranging transport. Would definitely stay again!

This unit is on the top floor of a complex directly on the bay. The morning sun rises over the sailboats moored in the bay. You can see the old fort from the rooftop. And by the way, the whole rooftop is yours. Loungers, table for coffee in the morning. Well decorated with fresh flowers and plants. This is a picturesque setting. Couldn’t have been happier.

I enjoyed staying at Kristina’s place so much. The apartment was clean and the bed and living room were super comfortable. The location is insane, you walk out the door and you’re straight on the street and a few minutes walk from the beach. Kristina and her family were very kind and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would come again!

Sofia is a wonderful and kind host, she welcomed us although we have made the booking in the last minute! Just as describedThe apartment was the perfect place for a few days in Corfu. Just a few steps from all the restaurants in Old Town, yet still quiet in the evening away from the loud bars. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The beds were good and AC worked perfectly. The terrace is an added bonus to wind down at the end of the evening.

I stayed at Ermal's apartment for 4 nights and had a excellent experience. Firstly, Ermal was very communicative; he contacted me before arrival with clear instructions. His father came to meet me on the street outside of the apartment. The apartment is in a residential building in a great location. 10 minutes walk to the port, beach, and the main seafront street. The apartment is 2 minute walk from the bus stop to Ksamil, and 10 minute walk to the main bus station to the Blue Eye, Gjyrokaster, and Tirana. The area is safe with lots of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket across the road. Facilities consist of every basic necessity for a few days in Saranda. Air conditioning is excellent and great balcony view. Finally, Ermal's parents, who manage the flat, are the friendliest, kindest people. They welcomed me with a beautiful breakfast the first morning and surprised me with a delicious lunch. They are the nicest hosts I have stayed with. I highly recommend Ermal's apartment.

We loved our stay at Konstantinos’ place! Not only was the place insanely beautiful and well-located, but Konstantinos was an excellent host regarding to answering questions and other issues. Would definitely recommend!

The property is well-located and offers good access to old town, restaurants and shops. The space itself is clean and matches the description provided in the listing. However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay. A strong sewage smell in the bathroom persisted for a few days, which made it difficult to use the facilities. While the issue was eventually resolved with the help of the host’s parents, the situation was uncomfortable for a portion of my stay. The communication with the hostess was responsive, but at times I felt the tone could have been more understanding. Overall, the stay had both positive aspects and areas that could be improved.

this place was honestly incredible amd matched the photos perfectly. the location is by the airport and is walkable there. its a nice 2 bedroom big and spacious and lots of touches and furniture

Giorgos was really really welcoming and helpful. The apartment ist just 5 walking minutes away from beautiful "La Grotta" where one can also catch the busses. Small supermarket directly nearby. I would come back any time:)
