Absolutely perfect! It's the ultimate discovery! Situated just steps from the beach, it's a tranquil haven that comfortably accommodates 4-5 guests and warmly welcomes pets! Devraj, the caretaker, is exceptional - whatever you need, he ensures it's promptly provided. The surroundings are ideal, with dining, entertainment, and adventure all within walking distance. Overall, it's an ideal spot for quality time with loved ones, including your furry companions!

Amazing views and location. Good access to beaches and a host that arranges everything to your comfort. Modest facilities are present but at a place like this you pay for the access to pristine beaches and high quality home cooked food

Lovely location for the beach house, host made sure we had everything we needed and allowed a flexible checkin and checkout option. Bathrooms and kitchen could have been bigger but we managed alright with all facilities as advertised.

This is a true Air BnB, the owners stay in the house and take care of your day to day requirements if any. Extremely friendly, keen to help, provide exceptional food and tea and always happy to help. Keep in mind this is not a hotel and its attendant luxuries. This is someone s house and kept that way. I would recommend it for all large families who are looking for a nice vacation with a personal touch. Susheel is a great host, polite to a fault and makes you feel at home , and so does his nice family. Tribute to his spouse and his mother for some awesome hospitality to our family. Really grateful !

We had a lovely stay over the weekend at Shettys river view farm. Although not directly on the river it’s just a few steps away from a rustic bridge from where we spent the full moon night looking at the river. The house is equipped with everything our large party needed to stay including lots of beddings, toileteries and other amenities. But, Besides all that, the star and highlight of our stay were the kind and ever smiling caretakers especially Jyothiakka. The place is maintained immaculately by them. She took care of every single need of ours ensuring that we have a memorable stay. The food her and husband made for us was fantastic. They are the real stars of this home stay and I would go back just for them. Thank you Jyothi and Sukesh!

one of the great stays i have been to. even though it's not so highly rated, if you are looking to spend some quality time with family and friends, this can be your ideal location. proactive host who will give you the warmest welcome. definitely Recommended.

Clean, Easily Accessible, Private, Great location. Host was proactive and checked with us on our arrival time, any particular requests we had on arrival. very spacious stay which our 2 year old boy enjoyed, since he had a lot of space to run and play around. kitchen was clean, neat and had everything we needed for cooking a quick meal or beverage. bathrooms were spacious and clean. balcony had a great view of the sea. Beach was clean, safe and very less crowded. Food is available on demand and has to be ordered from 2 nearby restaurants.I will definitely plan to stay here on our next visits. That being said, due to very close proximity to a religious place, one of the nights during our stay, there were some locals bursting firecrackers, probably due to a village festival, all through the night up until 3 or 4am which disturbed our sleep. Not sure if the host could have done anything about this, but it definitely spoiled our night with the kid constantly waking up by the noise.

A beautiful place on the outskirts of Mangalore. The beach can be seen right from the balcony. Had parking facility.

The location is absolutely gorgeous directly on Malpe Beach. The cartaker Devraj is very helpful and responsive and also ensures that he does not intrude on your privacy. The place is maintained spic and span and it was a pleasure staying here. Definitely Value for money and highly recommended.

It's a great bungalow, very close to a pristine beach. The place is as shown in the pictures, rooms and interiors are well made. Caretaker is helpful and takes nice care of the guests.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was almost perfect in every possible way. It was located right in front of the beach. It was a very peaceful and private location. The sunsets look beautiful from the terrace. The house had all the listed amenities and it looks exactly as per the photos and description. The host was friendly, responsive and shared recommendations for good local attractions. We would look forward to coming back and staying here again in the near future.

The house is exactly how it is shown in the picture, the view from it is amazing. This place is worth the price. The house is not like any other airbnb. It’s your dream home. The host was super helpful, even helped us with some extra requests that we had. I recommend others reading this review to checkout this place and you won’t regret it booking.
