I stayed here for 5 weeks and had a great experience. The space was clean and had everything I needed. Carmen was really kind and always quick to respond to any questions or needs I had.

Check in was a breeze. Stephany responded quickly and answered every question that I had. Home was soooo beautiful and clean. We would for sure stay there again. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

James was a great host! Very friendly and helpful. He provided prompt access info and instructions. We all loved the relaxing pool, ping pong table in the game room, the space throughout the house, the sound system and grilling on the patio. The details were a wonderful bonus such as the throw blankets, kitchen utensils, and the beach towels and pool toys. Very family friendly home and a great place to retreat.

Our experience at Nick and Natalie’s home was incredible . The house was exactly described and was perfect for our family. All of the amenities was perfect and the small touches that made it special . From welcoming us with chocolate and snacks, to helping us by providing packing prays for the baby, and clear communication, I would recommend them for anyone in the future.

This was our very first Airbnb experience so we didn’t really know what to expect. The host did a great job explaining everything beforehand. The pool was amazing! It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this home for anyone with children!

I loved everything about this place!!! The view was gorgeous and it was very peaceful!! The host's made this stay very pleasant. They always responded and were very delightful. Most definitely would stay again.

This was a very convenient and beautiful property. Me and my guest enjoyed staying here in a very hot city, we went for swims anytime we wanted. We played music on the deck all day, until quiet hours. The property was so nice, we captured lots of beautiful pictures, inside and outside. And the bonus is it's a patio home, which offers complete privacy. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Drove from Florida in a 31 ft RV plenty of parking space for it and the home itself was just fun for the kids lots to do and play with the pool was a plus and the basketball court Was used often, had a graduation get together and everyone had a blast inside and outside of the home followed the recommended rules and everything went smoothly, A lot of memories were made in which my family and I are forever grateful. Definitely will return to enjoy this place and outstanding customer service.

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Lots of space to hang out, I loved the set up. Host was very helpful and friendly. Host was also extremely generous and provided a little treat for our trip as it was our honeymoon the host made it a point to make the stay great. The host was also great with communication and gave us extra information and kept us up to date with timeline on check in. Host checked in to make sure we were having a great stay as well as being sure we knew we could reach out and let them know of anything that could be done to improve the quality of our stay. Overall very happy with our stay.

Shabih’s place was excellent for our family’s stay! We loved being so close to a park and the pack n’ play on site was super helpful. It was great that everything was one level for our multigenerational stay and everything was free of clutter which was super helpful.

The walk jog trails were amazing. The whole neighborhood was beautiful. Great location to stores and highways.

I enjoyed my stay so did my family! It was roomy!! The open concept helped so we could cook and still spend time with family!

We had a great experience staying here for a wedding at The Springs Katy. Nicky situated, safe and quiet place. Everything was as expected and it was very clean. They even let us check in early when we requested it, which was very nice for getting ready for the rehearsal dinner.

The house is great, it's in a good neighborhood, house is cozy and beautifully maintained with great decorations. even though we left 30 minutes late ( we checked in really late ) no hassel what so ever. worth the stay.

Spacious, Clean and looks even better in person. A great host and very responsive. Looking foward to having him as a host again!

This place was awesome. The location is probably one of the best in the Greater Houston area. Close enough to drive down town if you want to, but far enough away you get real peace and quiet. The kids had a great time, and I enjoyed sitting in the yard looking over the lake. Super convenient in terms of shopping, food and restaurants! We were here on a long travel layover and it was perfect. I'd definitely book here again. Also, the hosts were great and always super responsive. Safe, quiet, beautiful home, close to everything you need, and close to everything you'd want to do in Houston. There may not be a perfect AirBnB, but this has to be the closest to it I've seen.

Has something for everyone! From the grandparents to the toddlers, they all enjoyed their stay! 10/10 on everything! And even looks better than the pictures! Our family would LOVE to stay again!

My stay was amazing I came in town for my birthday with family and we felt right at home. The place looked just like the pictures and was so clean and put together. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would stay here again!!

The place was very nice, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and friendly. The only thing is the washer had a small mildew around the rubber seal of the washer. Everything else was very clean.

Really nice house, close location to nrg if you're in town for a show or game. Easy check in and check out.

The place was exactly what you see in the photos! Alejandro responded quickly every time I reached out. I stayed for ~2 weeks and it was exactly what I needed. The area itself was beautiful with a lot of trails and restaurants and cute little places nearby. The place was clean, Alejandro provided us with new clean linens and towels about halfway through which was great, wifi worked without issues and a good strong connection. We didn’t not have AC control, but it was ALWAYS cool and comfortable in the BNB so no complaints. Would definitely stay again!

The property and nearby location were lovely. The neighborhood was quiet plus the lake and surrounding area were gorgeous. Everything was as listed and any instructions received from the host regarding my stay were simple and clear. I also had to check in earlier than listed and Fusheng was very quick to respond and understanding of my situation. The stay was a wonderful experience and I felt right at home. I hope to stay at this location again and would recommend it to anyone looking to have a wonderful time in Katy!

Great stay! We enjoyed our weekend here with our dogs. The stay is very dog friendly. A few things ppl might want to know: the AC was good and cold, the backyard fencing is secure for dogs, the garage was clear so we were able to park in there, the neighborhood is nice & quiet, and feels safe, the large TV was nice, and the beds are memory foam, there isn’t clutter, so there’s plenty of space to put all your things, the home was clean.
