Guest house on a farm with lake property

Welcome to stay at our farmhouse! Take an evening dip in the lake, a SUP trip or enjoy a cup of coffee on your own balcony in the company of the sheep (seasonal). Stroll around the surrounding Sörmland forests or take a canoe trip on the lake. In the winter you can bring ice skating and take a trip out on the lake or swim in the ice wake and then warm up in the sauna. After that, you'll curl up on the couch with a pair of warm socks, lit candles, a hot cup of tea, and an exciting book. From autumn 2025, there will be a stove in the cottage.

Renovated farmhouse, 40 sqm, with proximity to Hjälmaren, 300 m. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. Living room/bedroom with 2 beds + sofa bed. Access to grill & patio by the waterfall that runs through the plot. 1 km to Läppe Camping & Hjälmargården with nice swimming areas, 10 km to Vingåker with 18-hole golf course and Vingåkers Factory Outlet. Store 900 m open 5 am - 11 pm every day. Note: Swedish bank ID, unmanned. Rowboat is available in Rudsjön to borrow. Pet-free and smoke-free. Cleaning is not included.

Idyllic cottage.

The accommodation consists of an old soldier's cottage, where the main building consists of a kitchen/dining room and living room on the ground floor and on the upper floor 2 bedrooms with a bed in each room and a living room with a sofa bed with 1-2 beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a guest house consisting of a bedroom with two single beds and a room with a sofa bed with 1-2 beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the guest house, there is also access to a washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet.

Mycket fint minihus med två minuter gångavstånd till badplats och fin natur i lugnt område. Huset har ett välutrustat kök/allrum. 160cm säng, 47" TV. Wi-Fi. Möjlighet med fler sovplatser finns (stor elektrisk uppblåsbar madrass). Badrum med dusch/toalett samt en matplats för fyra personer. Luftvärmepump/aircondition. Stora fönster/skjutdörrar med utsikt mot trädgård. Altan med pergola (vasstak), insynsskydd, utemöbler och grill. Fem minuter med bil till stan, egen stor parkering för 1-3 bilar.

Perfekt för er som vill ha ett komplett boende utan att behöva tänka, i en rofylld miljö. Kanske komma iväg och koppla av och njuta i en mysig vedeldad bastu eller bada jacuzzi under stjärnorna på privat altan. Modern gäststuga på ca 70m² indelad i vardagsrum, kök, badrum, vedeldad bastu samt ett stort sovloft med två dubbelsängar och två enkelsängar. Luxury Lakeside Villa

Lakelands is a lyxury lakeside house with magnificant view through the paanoramic windows over the Tisnaren lake. It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!

A uniqe cottage at a small farm 200 m from Hjälmaren. We try to walk as light on earth as possible. The environment is perfect for relaxing nature experiences. On the farm we keep, cows, chickens, geese, ducks a dog and two cats and bees. Possibilty to rent an inflatable kajak with 1-3 seats and/or a SUP. " Et veldig koselig sted. The granary

Unwind in this unique and peaceful place to stay. You can still see traces of the building’s past as a grain storehouse from the mid-1800s — like the wide floorboards upstairs. When it was carefully turned into a home in the 2000s, the old loading openings were turned into bay windows to let in more light and offer a view, all while keeping the original timber frame intact. On the farm, you'll find a dog and some friendly sheep, and free-range chickens.
