Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located only 4 miles off of highway 55! There are two bedrooms and two COMFY couches if you have more than 4 staying the night! This is located on a secluded road with two other homes occupied nearby by with quite, but very friendly, residents. This home is 25 minutes away from the historical town of Ste Genevieve, take a look! The host is will be able to assist you almost immediately, whether it be over the app or in person!

We are in the country next to a blacktop road.This is a very laidback place , there are farm animals across the road at our farm. This was my moms farm house and I just want people to enjoy it as much as she did. We are close to Kincaid Lake, the local winerie, the World Shooting Complex, and hiking trails (Piney Creek Revenue). Come and enjoy a day fishing or just sitting on the back deck enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Later build a fire and sit back and relax. Come and enjoy the country.

Best downtown location!! Take a trip back in time at this cozy, centrally-located brick cottage in historic Ste. Genevieve. The original home of John and Francesca Hael in the 1860's, you won't find a more authentic old town experience than you will get at "the little brick house" on Main Street. This house was built in 1870, it is a stone structure and was used as a family farm home. It has been remodeled for its use today. It is historically correct, which includes antiques of the time. Post Civil War era, furniture including the beds of this period. Another interesting aspect, is that the floors are all original. Mattresses, blankets pillows, bedding and towels are all new. The wine cellar that we have added, made on location. I always leave some out for guests. No fee.

This place was the perfect weekend getaway. Carisa thought of everything when it comes to making your stay a relaxing and cozy time. The home is stylish, functional, and easy to navigate. The textiles were lovely and comfy. The kitchen is perfectly thought out, and even for it being a tiny home, we cooked several meals comfortably and easily. There are little surprises tucked all over the house, from the campfire starter basket and outdoor cooking equipment, to the picnic bag and cheeseboard on the fridge for spontaneous adventures on or off property. The pool is a dream! What an incredible view, and a very luxe pool to spend time in. We loved that it was open 24 hours and thoroughly heated, in case we wanted to stargaze from the water after a day of exploring Missouri wine country. We didn’t, we’re old and boring. But you know, having the option was a true gift. Thank you, Carisa! You can tell you really put your heart into the place, and never cut corners. We’ll be back 🌻

We had never been to Ste Genevieve before. Zachary gave us recommendations of places to hike and historic sites to see (which is what we were interested in). He responded quickly every time we messaged him. The place is exactly as pictured and described. It even felt more spacious than it looked in the photos. Earlier reviewers expressed concern about the stairs to the upstairs. They must have been redone, because they were rock-solid. The fire pit and private backyard were fantastic! We spent a lot of time out there in the evenings. The location was great, too, with so much in walking distance. If we ever return to Ste Genevieve, we will definitely look into staying there again.

We used this spot a a get-a-way “Staycation” and it was exactly what we hoped for. The property is fun and 24/7 access to the goats was a great touch! The home is exactly what is pictured. Perfect for my wife, our 1 year old son and myself. The “Moscow mule” tub is massive (I’m 6’2 and could completely stretch out). Everything was actually clean (glasses didn’t have dust nor water spots, etc). Bedding is soft and comfy!
