Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kaş

Her şey çok güzeldi. Tertemiz bir evdi, her şey temiz kokuyordu. Sunulan tüm imkanlar iyiydi. Mutfak için tüm araç gereçler mevcuttu. Neredeyse ev ile ilgili her şey mükemmeldi. Sadece kaldığımızın 2.günü yoğun yağış sebebiyle evi su bastı. Fakat ev çabucak temizlendi, ıslanan eşyalar yenileriyle değiştirildi. Temizliğe gelen çift çok tatlıydı. Bu durumla alakalı ev sahibinden bir özür beklerdik. Yine de yardımcı oldu ve her aradığımızda ona ulaşabildik, bundan dolayı memnun kaldık.

Wir hatten einen sehr komfortablen und tollen Aufenthalt. Die Aufteilung der Räume des dreistöckigenden Hauses (2 Schlafzimmer oben, Wohn-/Essbereich in der Mitte, durch eine Tür abgetrenntes großes Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten unten) war für uns perfekt, da wir mit einem Kind und zwei Jugendlichen da waren, die damit ihren eigenen Bereich hatten. Tevfik ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, und die Kommunikation lief äußerst unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll, man ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten im Zentrum von Kas. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

6 kişilik ailemizle kaldığımız villada harika bir tatil geçirdik. Can bey ve Katerina hanıma ilgisi, misafirperverliği için çok teşekkür ederiz, çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar gitmek istediğimiz bir yer oldu.

Biz bayramda eşimle birlikte 4 gece konakladık.Bizim beklentimiz huzurlu sakin ve kafamızı dinleyeceğimiz bir yer olduğunu düşünerek ayırtmıştık tam da istediğimiz gibi oldu .Ücretsiz tekne ile kalkan merkeze gitmek de bizim için bir ayrıcalık oldu Kalkan merkeze çok yakın yürüyerek ye ulaşılabilir ama biraz yorucu olduğunu belirtmek isterim.Ayrıca tam yanınımız da Denizim beach olması muhteşem bir ayrıcalık.Her şey çok güzel ve keyifliydi.Özellikle Cihad bey ve Saime hanıma ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz kurban bayramı sebebiyle bize et ve kek ikram etmeleri de çok ince bir hareketti🙏

Pınar Hanımın evi konumu itibariyle sessiz, huzur dolu, tasarım olarak ise gayet başarılıydı. Evin fotoğraflarda görülen durumundan farklı bir durumu yok, aynı güzelliklere sahipti. Temizliği, bakımı ve Pınar Hanımın hızlı cevapları ile birlikte güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Çok teşekkür ederiz...

İlyas Bey is a wonderful host — his place is in the best part of Kas with the most marvelous view! İlyas was highly responsive, friendly and a magnificent host with lovely recommendations. The stay was great and made our Kas vacation perfect. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend that you stay at İlyas Bey’s home. Incredible!

Selamlar gönül rahatlığıyla kı aklama yapabilirsiniz. Manzarası mükemmel ana caddeye çok yakın 5-6 adamda villaya giriş yapıyorsunuz. Kaş merkeze araçla 15 dk mesafede. Ömer Bey’e de ilgisi için çok teşekkür ederiz her şey harikaydı.

Deborah ve Önder Bey çok ilgili tatlı insanlardı. Her konuda yardımcı oldular, eksiklerimizi sordular ve çözüm buldular. Kalkanın en tatlı evlerinden biriydi. İhtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Bir daha ki sene tekrar geleceğiz. Her şey için teşekkürler. 🤍

ev çok güzeldi özellikle balkon manzarası mükemmeldi.

hillary inanılmaz bir ev sahibiydi her soruma hızlı ve faydalı yanıt verdi. ev fotoğraflardaki gibi ferah ve gerçekten temiz. evde temel mutfak malzemelerinin çoğu hatta fazlası bile vardı. eve ilk geldiğimizde küçük atıştırmalıklar bırakması çok düşünceliydi :) 2-3 damacana yedek içme suyu vardı. ev tepede olduğu için valizlerle o yokuşu çıkmak biraz yorucuydu ama onun dışındaki her şey mükemmeldi. merkeze ve beachlerin çoğuna da 10-15 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. bizim için oldukça keyifli bir konaklama oldu

Kendinizi evinizde hissedeceksiniz. Ayça hanım son derece dost canlısı ve yardımsever. Evde her şey zaten düşünülmüş. Hiçbir eksiklik hissetmiyorsunuz

Un appartement très agréable, bien conçu et calme, avec une vue absolument à couper le souffle!!! Tout est parfaitement pensé, il ne manque rien. La communication avec la propriétaire a été simple et fluide. Une très belle expérience. Je recommande vivement.

If you have the opportunity to stay here -- book it! I stayed for 12 days and enjoyed every minute. The bed was super comfortable, the view is stunning and it never gets old. The furniture was new and comfortable. I had plenty of hot water and loved the large shower. There are small markets and a couple restaurants a short walk up the hill. The bus is directly across the driveway and cost just $.75 USD to get into the city and stops about every 20 minutes. The kitchen is super well stocked. Tolga was so helpful. He helped me get groceries when I arrived and covered the balance when I didn't have enough cash, until I was able to pay him back. He also brought me cash for the bus when I needed to get to town to an ATM. In addition, when I checked out to go to a hotel in the city for the second half of my stay in Kas, he ordered a taxi for me and even greeted me when I arrived at the hotel. This is, by far, my most favorite airbnb to date. I will stay here again if I return to Kas.

We loved staying here! Waking up and having a view of the ocean was absolutely wonderful. The location is a bit outside of town, much quieter which was exactly what we were looking for. However so easy to drive into town for dinner and convenient to various beaches and sites. We accidentally left a few belongings and Mehmet has gone out of his way to help return them to us. Highly recommend staying at Mehmets!!!

We stayed at Buket's place for a week and we enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with a jacuzzi which you could sit and look at an amazing view of the bay surrounded by snow capped mountains. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable except the bed was a little hard for us. Buket communicated very effectively although we didn't meet her, we were fortunate to meet her charming father and her beautiful mother. We both loved Kalkan and hopefully one day we will return to stay at Buket's beautiful apartment.

Thanks to Nursen, we had a wonderful stay in Kaş. The place was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and in the perfect location. Nursen was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Logement parfait en tout point : - grande terrasse avec vue - hyper bien équipé avec TOUT ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin, même ce à quoi vous n'auriez jamais pensé - emplacement au calme mais à distance de marche de toutes les commodités (micros, café, restaurants) et au pied du grand marché du jeudi. - stationnement facile - une propreté comme j'en ai rarement vue - la clim dans les pièces principales - un hôte hyper réactif, très agréable et très serviable. bref, à recommander +++ Vaut bien 5/5 et son statut de superhôte

Très belle appartement plein pieds ideal pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge très très propre, on s'y est senti comme chez nous très bien équipé il ne manquer absolument rien du tout, tout est bien penser. calme, proche de la ville , plage, market superbe piscine je serais ravi de le relouer pour l'an prochain je tien a préciser un très bon accueil de la part des managers ils étaient très gentils et bien sur a l'écoute.

Chris was so interested before our arrival. Answered our questions in a timely manner provided us with the necesaary information and tips. Vildan Hanım and Ender Bey also helped us with the problems during our stay. They were easy to reach and quick to act. The stay was just wonderful. We were extremely happy and satisfied with every detail of the house and its facilities. If we will have the chance, we would be more than eager to stay there next year as well. P.S. there was no spare sheets or towels, this might be the one small thing we can complain. But contacting with Vildan Hanım, she solved our problem right away.

Ev hem konum olarak hem de ihtiyaçları karşılama açısından oldukça başarılıydı. Tertemiz ve her şey düşünülmüş bir evdi. Gürsel Hanım iletişime geçtiğimiz her konuda anında dönüş yaptı. Havuzunun olması çocuklu aileler için ideal dışarıda olmadığız zamanlarda kızım hep havuzda vakit geçirdi.

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

Lokasyon olarak güzeldi, otopark sıkıntı yoktu, marketler yürüme mesafesinde, mutfak aletleri hepsi tamdı. Ev düzenli, temiz ve huzurluydu. Eşim ve 8 aylık kızımla konakladık çok keyif aldık güzel anılar birikti diyebilirim o evde. Kaldığımız sürede mutfak tüpümüz bitti ancak bayram olmasına rağmen Bora bey hızlıca aksiyon aldı. Bu konu bizim için önemliydi çünkü kızıma sürekli ek gıdada hazırlamalıydım o yüzden çok çok teşekkür ederim. Eve su almamıza bile gerek yoktu damacanaya kadar düşünmüştü. Teşekkürler ederiz keyifli bir deneyim yaşattığınız için. 🙏🏻

Thank you so much Anna and Ismet for this wonderful place! An apartment is so comfy, stylish, clean and welcoming. We could not have asked for a better location. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily and would recommend it to anyone!
