House holiday rentals in Kaş

Everything was very clean and tidy. We were able to meet all our needs related to the place and the environment. As stated, it was very close to everywhere. The fact that it was close to the road and there was noise did not bother us much. Only the pool was smaller than expected.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

The villa is absolutely beautiful. Sena was an amazing host - she speaks English very well, so it was really easy to communicate with her and we were able to ask her for all of the necessary details. She prepared a presentation for us that included all the best restaurants in the area (definitely check out Vati Ocakbasi Restaurant and Zaika Ocakbasi Restaurant) and the most popular beaches. As for the era, it is really peaceful, you have s store nearby (2-3 min away by car), that is quite fully stocked; for the restaurant, you have to go down to the city of Kas (about 15 min car) - the town is quite picturesque and lively in the evening, the not so great experience tho is trying to find a parking space. Overall, we had an amazing, relaxing stay at Villa Elit, and we would definitely come back!

The host was very helpful and caring. He was very supportive and hospitable in all our questions. The house was even more beautiful than the photos, we liked the view, the cleanliness and the house itself. We stayed for 3 nights, but I wish we had the opportunity to stay longer. Both the house and the host made us very happy, we definitely recommend it.

The place is very calm and peaceful. I think it is perfect for those looking for a quiet place. Of course, it is a little far from the city center. There are places without asphalt due to the roads. If we ignore it, I think it is a nice place. There may be some problems for those looking for night entertainment due to the roads, but since we do not go out at night, it is very calm and the weather is very nice. Everything is clean and the employees there, Ms. Mine, are very good. There are two employees. They are also very friendly and good people. By the way, do not forget to take insect repellent with you. Note: I noticed that there are 2 dogs left there. Poor dogs, please let's not forget them and feed them. Those who abandoned them should be ashamed.

Amazing place, matched the photos, private location, we had a rental car and were able to drive to local places for food…there is also a supermarket a few minutes away which is convenient. The place itself was amazing with scenic views and an amazing private pool and garden area. Sedat the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, I would highly recommend if you are staying around Saribelen area which is close to Kas and other worth visiting areas. I stayed with my wife and would stay again if I visited in the near future. Thanks :)

It was a suitable environment for my wife, who is well isolated from the surroundings and is hijab. We felt that the house had a soul. It was thoughtfully arranged and spacious with its garden. The information and photos of Hüseyin gave about the house were exactly right, and there was even more. A place suitable for a nice relaxing holiday. You can order your needs from local markets, but there are a wide variety of things that can be done by taking advantage of the amenities of the Villa and not leaving the house. So it's good to do a nice shopping and go. Because you don't want to waste time constantly in Kaş or Kalkan. The only thing to note is that it will be beneficial to have a private vehicle to arrive at the Villa. Zâten Hüseyin informed us about this as well.

We were warmly welcomed by Seher in front of the house. A very nice, loving hostess. We entered the apartment with enthusiasm. Cleanliness and care were very good. There is everything you need. The view from the terrace was the most beautiful. The view from above of Kalkan and the sea was magical. We were spoiled with treats by Seher and her adorable daughter. A really successful stay, we recommend it.

Ms. Arzu's father, Uncle Osman, took care of us, he was a very sweet person and helped us a lot. The house was immaculate and just like the photos. All the facilities were provided to make us feel at home, everything was very clean and tidy. I would like to thank them for their hospitality and smiling faces.

We are very satisfied with the stay. We really felt at home , all facilities were present. Ahmet always responded within 10 minutes. In case of problems or other things, we had a nice communication. What and amazing view from this clean and spacious 2 bedroom appartment. Gokhan was easy to communicate with. The appartment is about 7 mins by car from the centre of Cas. We parked near the appartment then walked up a driveway followed by 3 flights of stairs. The appartment is so spacious and has a huge balcony with spectacular views. We enjoyed this appartment so much. There is a little pebbled beach nearby with restaurants. Thank you Gokhan.

This is our second time renting this place! On our second arrival, we liked the house even more. Every corner in the house is thought out by a caring hostess. If you want to take photos with amazing views and relax like in your home, then you definitely need to come here. We'll definitely be back. We sincerely thank the hostess of this amazing and magical house❤️

We had a wonderful time at Z house. A few things to note: 1) host very attentive, responsive and helpful. 2) place clean and well equipped. 3) location is perfect, near to beach and restaurants ( but slopes quite steep and cobbles - not suitable for elderly, prams, wheelchairs etc. 4) overall, we loved it, loved Kalkan and would totally recommend.

We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. I am sure that it will make the next future guests happy in terms of both the equipment and the view of the house.

We stayed in the house for 5 days and had a great time. The location is excellent close to everything yet peaceful. The house itself is beautiful and spacious, with a lot of charm. I stayed for 5 days in this villa. The villa has a beautiful view. The villa is equipped with everything you need. Air conditioners work well. There is a shop at the bottom of the villa. everything corresponds to the description.

It is extremely comfortable to use and provides a peaceful environment with a perfect view, and I would like to thank our host for his kindness and help in every matter. It is a place that I will definitely choose again and again. :)

The host was very interested and helped with everything. The house and pool were spotless. There was toilet paper, dish soap, towels, etc. at home. Everything was great. You can stay without thinking.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. We only had a few issues such as the noise from the guests staying at the villa alongside of us but MR yusuf dealt with it for us. Also the shower is not very strong, I ended always showering in the jacuzzi because the hot water was barely coming out of the both showers. Other than those issues, we really enjoyed our stay since the location was great and the view was stunning from the property.

She was very helpful before and during stay. She tried to come up with solution in every small problems. Communication was fast and easy with her. Villa was the same as in the photos. Only problem was she didn't mention about the cats which is walking/sleeping inside and outside of the house and garden. It wasn't problem for us but might become a problem for others.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Serhat and his family for the divine they showed us. When we entered the house, when we opened the refrigerator, the tomatoes and peppers they brought from their greenhouses were legendary. The house is nicer than the ones in the photo. 5 minutes to Kalkan and 5 minutes to Patara beach. 2 minutes away from Yesilkoy center. The pool is longer and clean than the other villas pool. We had no issues with cleanliness. There are places to sit and spend enough time outside and inside the house. Recommended for those who go as a family and look for a place to stay. It's a quiet and calm place. Full of peace of mind. Everything was beautiful. Thanks again for everything.

What a fantastic holiday we have just had in kalkan!! Villa moonset is just simply stunning throughout - luxurious, extremely comfortable and well equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday - Not to mention having breathtaking views of the mountains, bay and ocean. Our boys (ages 15/12/9) particularly enjoyed the games room downstairs which kept them occupied when they wanted some time out of the sun. The swimming pools are excellentl and the villa has plenty of outside space for sunbathing and relaxing. Ibrahim was the perfect host and very attentive during our stay - not that we needed for anything. Would thoroughly recommend Villa Moonset and can't wait to return to kalkan next year. Thanks.
