Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

Our weekend in the apartment Ella in Innsbruck was great! The accommodation was very clean, modern, spacious and well equipped – from kitchen utensils to towels, everything was there. We liked the quiet location just outside the city center, and thanks to nearby bus stops, the center was quickly accessible. Local transport in Innsbruck is excellent – even in the evening and at night. All information was clearly laid out in a folder. Check-in and check-out were contactless and uncomplicated, the host always available. Particularly positive: the private parking space and the "Digital Welcome Card", with which we could travel by bus and train for free. A great price-performance ratio - we definitely recommend the apartment!

Katherina was an outstanding host! The place was very clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. She was quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and newly renovated, well equipped and you immediately felt comfortable. The host was totally nice and helpful, everything went smoothly. Even a welcome package for dog and human! However, if you are looking for a really quiet stay, you should know that the apartment is located directly in the village on a thoroughfare and next to a hotel and there are several apartments in the house. Absolutely top for a central stay and starting point for hikes!

It was a wonderful stay with breathtaking views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help and advise. You can just tell that they are dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

VERY clean, modern, nice apartment in walking distance to everything. Location is on the busy main road but the windows/doors are incredibly thick so you couldn’t hear traffic at all- very quiet. Wonderful appliances including washer/dryer. Proactive communication from host with helpful info on the area for visitors- thank you for a nice stay!

This is a wonderful, comfortable place to stay on the mountain a bit away from the city of Innsbruck. Very clean and Bettina provided many special touches like coffee with cream, spices, jam and honey. We appreciated her suggestions for things to do and places to eat. She is so kind and responsive. Highly recommend this apartment if you plan to visit Innsbruck!

Absolutely loved our stay here, you can see the mountains from the bedroom window! Comfortable bed, washer worked great and there were drying racks available. All kitchen equipment you could need was there as well, very clean. Host provided great recommendations for local places. Walkable to the city center in under 10min, up hill on the way back but it is an easy walk

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts are a charming, warm family who provided us with great recommendations and with whom we felt completely comfortable. The apartment was exactly as described – super clean, very tasteful and lovingly furnished, and in a great location. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

I was there with my partner and we found it incredibly beautifully decorated. There was even the possibility to purchase drinks for a very small amount by self-service. We were very pleasantly surprised by the bathroom - very clean, good size and practically furnished. The kitchen was small, but efficiently equipped and you could find a toaster in addition to a coffee machine and kettle, as well as a communal microwave right in the hallway - and otherwise we were very satisfied with the available kitchen utensils. Likewise, the refrigerator, with a small freezer compartment, was a good size and, like the rest, was very clean on arrival. Thanks to the inviting balcony, we could enjoy every meal outside, because the balcony is so well covered that even rain does not bother. Communication with Jana was via messages or in person - she was always very helpful and extremely friendly and was easy to reach with questions.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

A picturesque and scenic apartment. Despite remote location it was very accessible. Very comfortable, well put together, lots of amazing windows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to visit the area again in the future!

Absolutely pristine B&B in a great neighborhood located close to restaurants and a train station. Our host recommended restaurants and ideas for exploring! It had lots of small thoughtful touches including anything you may need. We really enjoyed this B&B and would highly recommend it!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

I loved it, great starting point for ski tours/hiking, very quiet, good Wi-Fi for working, a 10-minute walk to the supermarket.

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance
