Welcome to have a clean, well maintained one-bedroom apartment! The entire apartment (37 m²) is at your disposal. For a car in this area, rare free parking with a heating pole in the yard. In the apartment you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. It has a well-equipped kitchen. To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. The apartment has an air source heat pump, so the nights go cool in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Tervetuloa lomailemaan moderniin hirsihuvilaan lähelle Riistaveden palveluita. Huvilassa on 2 makuuhuonetta ja kauniilla järvinäkymällä kruunattu tupakeittiö. Sisä wc on erillisellä sisäänkäynnillä. Hienot maisemat ja aurinkoinen tontti. Käytössä on ilmainen Wifi. Rannassa on vanhoista hirsistä veistetty puulämmitteinen rantasauna, jossa on myös lämmin suihku. Laiturilta pääsee portailta uimaan. Vapaassa käytössäsi on soutuvene ja 2 SUP-lautaa, lisävuokralla perämoottori ja kanootti

Tervetuloa rentoutumaan pihapiirimme saunatupaan, järven rannalle! Vaikka pieni, tyylikäs saunatupa on osa asuttua pihapiiriämme, löydät täältä rauhaa, luontoa, yksityisyyttä ja ihanat maisemat. Kohde soveltuu loistavasti myös etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene. Palju käytössä lisähinnasta 70€. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana. Poikkeustilanteessa liinavaatteet järjestyy kuitenkin majapaikasta erillisveloituksella.

A typical Finnish summer cottage with a large panoramic window to the lake. Comfortable but simple equipment. Small kitchen and electricity available. Two superimposed sleeping berths with mattresses for up to 4 people each and an extra bed in the lower bedroom. On the grounds there is also a guest cabin where 2 people can stay comfortably. Outdoor eco toilet. The cottage has its own sauna with wood fireplace, a fireplace inside and one outside on the terrace.

A 100-year-old log cabin with comforts of year-round living in the yard of the main house. For multi-night guests during the heating season, in addition to electricity, furnace heating. Trees ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. About 10 minutes to Outokumpu and 30 minutes to Joensuu. Koli about an hour and Valamo Monastery about 30 minutes by car. There's also a dog cage outside with a small coop.
