I asked and next to the university in the lush landscape of Puijonlaakso, a new studio apartment on a French balcony. Dedicated parking spot in the yard. Accessible access to the apartment. Downtown Kuopio is 2.5 km away. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment, where there are two lines in 10minutes to the center of Kuopio. From the apartment, you can easily access the Puijonlaakso hiking trails, along which you continue to Puijo. Also next door to the beautiful Frog Pond and cozy park area with beaches.

This exquisite place is close to everything. The flat is opposite the City Theatre. You can also see the Valkeinen pond from the balcony. The city center is a 10-minute walk away. The Kuntolaakso swimming pool, Olvi Arena and Kuopiohalli are also within walking distance. Walking to... you can walk in 15 minutes. Bus stop right next door. You can leave the car along the adjacent street or in the paid parking garage of Kuntolaakso. All textiles in the home are washed with fragrance-free detergents.

Minna Canthin puisto, Hapelähteen puisto ( leikkipuisto, koripallokenttä, pingispöytä, luistelurata, sorsia yms) ja satama lähellä, lähin iso ruokakauppa on sataman S-market, minne pääsee kävellen seuraamalla maljapuron rantaa.
