Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Karpacz

The accommodation was very nice, I appreciate the perfect cleanliness. The hosts were very nice, they advised when needed. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and we can only recommend it to potential guests!

It‘s a really nice house and we had a wonderful stay. We were 9 people and had enough space. There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms one living room, kitchen and big terrace. See you again!

We loved it! A place with a vibe where we felt at home. Very well-equipped, perfectly clean, beautiful location next to the stream surrounded by nature. The possibility of using the sauna is a big advantage, and the fireplace gave you warm on cool evenings. Peace and quiet help to rest and relax with the closest ones. There are parking spaces, close to shops and restaurants. The perfect place that we highly recommend:)))

We were a group of friends of 14 people. Everyone noted the coziness and comfort of this magnificent house. The entire house was spotlessly clean. Well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone in the shared room. Separately, we want to note how interesting and tasteful interior decor is. It was very interesting for us to look at and discuss all sorts of interesting details . Also near the house there is a magnificent garden available to guests, where we enjoyed walking, playing and grilling . We could enjoy interacting with cute and affectionate cats and a dog in the garden. The hosts of the house are friendly and helpful. When we had any questions they were easily accessible, but completely their presence nearby in the house was completely unnoticeable. We are all perfectly satisfied with the weekend spent in this house. Thank You

I had a fantastic stay! The location was very easy to find, with free parking available. It’s conveniently close to the city, yet the surroundings are peaceful, quiet, and offer great privacy. The apartment itself was spacious and provided a very comfortable stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor area with a table and chairs under a marquee—perfect for relaxing. Marcin and Halina were wonderful hosts—friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach. Karol is a very interesting, open and likeable man. He had a lot of tips for things to do for me with the corresponding links, which took away a lot of research work from me. Parking was safely possible on the premises, but there was always something free right in front of the entrance. The apartment is a dream: beautiful structural elements, a romantic west-facing balcony with chairs where you can enjoy the evening sun with a drink, the large super comfy bed! A highlight is the Swedish stove! Karol provided a generous supply of wood and it was a pleasure to watch the fire in one of his large reading chairs cuddled in a ceiling. The apartment has a very pleasant atmosphere and the optimal seating for any time of day. The Wi-Fi is well suited for working, SmartTV is there, the kitchen is well equipped (spices, coffee, tea, French press, microwave, stove with oven, washing machine...), Beautiful bathroom! Great place to stay in a very central location.

We went on holidays to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and all those housekeeping and shopping responsibilities that usually accompany the festive festivities. Beautiful neighborhood, lovely place to relax, great and hospitable people. Home-cooked food nearby.. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back. "Chybotek" didn't give up to us, but it was an interesting experience. Thank you 😊

The place was very clean and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped us with extra needs, which we really appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet and the instructions to get to the place were clear and easy to understand. We are very satisfied and fully satisfied. We would definitely recommend this place!

We are already here for the 2nd time and the 3rd time is already booked - that alone should say enough! ;-) Because like last time we were not disappointed and it was all wonderful - we had an incredibly relaxing week in the apartment and were happy to sit on the bench in the sun in front of the house in the best weather! The appartement is a bit outside of Špindlerův Mlýn. There is a bus that goes every 2 hours or so. There is no sidewalk or bike trail. We were with bikes. The appartement itself is very nice and clean (but with weird/sexist pictures on the walls). There is tea and coffee with a coffee machine. The furniture and bathroom are very nice and clean. The shared sauna outside is very beautiful. The communication with the host is very easy and friendly.

Everything was great! The place was very cozy, clean, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hosts were kind and responsive. The location is perfect with easy access to various walking and hiking routes. Highly recommend!

Nice place as a starting point for active holidays. We stayed with a family with 3 children and were very happy with the accommodation. The kids enjoyed the areas inside and outside. Adršpach, trutnov, pec pod snezkou just a stone's throw away. Despite not having met Joseph in person, he was friendly and reactive. Recommended

The apartment was clean and very modern. We felt very comfortable very quickly. We were able to enjoy our week there very much. Thank you! Only very small criticism: You could at least have responded to our message or Even if the answer was “no,” it would be OK. Or if you said afterwards that you had overlooked the message, it would also be OK. However, no one likes to be ignored. Otherwise, I can absolutely recommend both the property and Monika as a host.
