Had a wonderful stay at this new house! It is really nice and modernly furnished, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The host was very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is well suited for a relaxing holiday, and we really enjoyed the time there. Absolutely recommended! Petr as a host is very helpful, he answered all questions long before arrival and during the stay. He provided a PDF with instructions that were very helpful and additionally responded to questions. Great contact! A large and very comfortable home. Plenty of space for larger or smaller groups. Two refrigerators provide enough space, the dishwasher takes care of the washing, the kitchen is fully equipped (cutlery, plates, bowls, beer mugs, wine/drink glasses, capsule coffee machine and drip coffee machine). A fireplace is available for those who feel the cold. A whirlpool tub and sauna are excellent attractions. A nice touch was leaving a separate sauna cover - you didn't have to take towels from the room. There is a lot of space in the dining room and living room. We were unable to connect to the audio system in the wellness area, but we had our own speaker, which was sufficient. Outside, there is a place for a bonfire and a shelter with a portable grill. Full equipment and nothing is missing. It was GREAT

we were 10 people and the house was big eanogh for each one of us to have a room and privacy. the house was very clean and comfortable. the hosts were available for anything and answered quickly. we had a very good experience and we recommend it highly.

The stay was great, very welcoming, ideal for a family, and self check-in helps a lot for people like us who come from far away and have no expected arrival time. A wonderful place, it seems to take from a movie, a lot of peace, a super quiet area, a beautiful landscape and for those who come with the initial idea of getting to know the capital like us, will not regret renting in this area because it is also very beautiful.

Our stay at this mountain villa was absolutely outstanding! Each of the group of 11 found something for themselves here and everyone was delighted. The house was well-equipped – there was absolutely nothing missing, everything we needed was there. We especially appreciated the opportunity to relax in the evening – the fire created an amazing atmosphere, the sauna allowed you to relax after an eventful day, and billiards provided a lot of excitement and fun. In addition, there was a speaker in the living room that was perfect for evenings together with music. If you're looking for a place where everyone will feel comfortable and find something for themselves, this villa is a hit. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay in the countryside with a view of the mountains. Very friendly host. They even baked us a cake on our first day. I would definitely recommend this stay.

The place is clean, modern, with a view of the forest. With a bed, there is also a sofa bed and a fully functional kitchen.

We spent six nights in the house as a group of eight. We chose the house because it has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, which is not so easy to find. The amenities of the property are excellent and high quality! Both the necessities (excellently equipped kitchen, including milk frother!) and hygiene and care products (hand cream, face mask) were waiting for us. Various candles, games and even a decorated, floor-to-ceiling Christmas tree, fresh fruit and a bottle of Prosecco were waiting for us. Wooow!!!! It felt like friends were expecting us. The accessibility of the very accommodating and warm hostess was excellent! Feedback on inquiries was provided within minutes! In summary, this property was one of the most outstanding I have ever booked! Thanks 🍀

Our stay at this incredible house in the middle of nowhere was hands down our best Airbnb experience so far! The house itself was beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style in equal measure. Anna, our host, was absolutely amazing and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. I am very happy with my stay here. The cottage was beautifully finished, and the owner took care of every detail. We were very captivated by winter decorations, gnomes, decorative pillowcases, all this created a very homey and cozy atmosphere. You could see the Host's hand and attention to the well-being of your guests. The idea of a semi-open hot tub, is great. We had a real winter weather and you could relax in hot bubbles, watching the snow and admiring the mountains - a great experience :) Contact with the Host was great, quick to answer any questions, and gave tips. Personally, New Year's Eve is very kind, kind, and willing to help. I'd love to come back here as soon as the opportunity arises:)

House was great, it's very close to Karpacz. Lots of rooms and big living room to get rest after hiking. We highly recommend Aneta's place.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The house is very tasteful and lovingly furnished. We were able to ski directly in Benecko for boarding. About a half hour drive away is a larger ski resort, Spindlermühle. We were totally snowed in but had everything we needed. The sauna and wood stove with free firewood have provided a lot of coziness. Ondrej has simply thought of everything to give his guests an unforgettable holiday. We fully recommend the place.

The cottage was clean and well-maintained. A big advantage was the grill and the terrace. There were a few things we would improve, but overall we can recommend a cottage with a clear conscience😊

Petr was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The house is perfect for friends or family. The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful. Many hikes around the house. The garden is beautiful and perfect for eating outside or just enjoying the sun. Definitely recommend and plan to come again!

We spent New Year's Eve in this beautiful house and felt very comfortable. Igor always responded quickly to questions. We found the house nicely furnished, very clean and loved the heated whirlpool in cold temperatures.
