the stay was quiet comfortable

I definitely suggested this place for longer staycation. It’s very clean place also supportive staff over there. We came everyday almost 3 at night but security check has been done properly. Location is also suitable for couples as well as family. Thanks the host Nita for co-operative 😇

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

We had an awesome stay at this huge villa — truly a luxurious experience! The location is great, and the villa comes with a top-notch music system that added to the fun. We especially loved the pool and the spacious parking area. A big shoutout to Mukesh, the caretaker, who was always available, super helpful, and an amazing cook. Located in the heart of Siolim. Anuj’s villa was in the middle of northern Goa’s prime beach locations so we were close to everywhere. Place needed a couple of things done (sink was leaking, clothes dryer stand was needed, swimming pool had some leaves, AC had water leaking over the couch) but Bharat and Snehal were able to take care of them promptly. If you need anything or have any issues, Bharat is always available. The villa is very spacious and had ACs in all the rooms which helped us to cool instantly during the hot winter days (unusual) we stayed over at. Recommend it for others to stay for longer trips!

Kusai's place was so homely and well-kept. Beautiful home with all essentials. Easy to find! We had a great stay! Would highly recommend.

The place was stunning with beautiful balconies in the rooms and a spacious hall. The place was well maintained with good lighting and we had enjoyed our stay. Especially, during the monsoon season, the place was a great choice when it came to accommodation. Host was very friendly and the staff were very helpful. Also enjoyed the pool which we didn’t expect in the stay.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through.
