New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

We spent five nights in the cozy wooden house and felt very comfortable right away. For us, it was almost more beautiful than in the photos! From the large terrace, you have a wonderful view of the lake. There is a fireplace and a grill - our highlights. The kitchen also had all the necessary utensils and it was very clean overall. Communication was fast, friendly and hassle-free. The accommodation is very quiet, so a car is recommended. We would go again immediately for a few quiet, relaxing and cozy days!

Great accommodation centrally located in Karlstad! Easy to check in, incredibly nice and responsive host. Comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a weekend in Karlstad! We were at an event in Löfbergs arena and the bus there was just a few minutes walk from the accommodation. Will be more than happy to come back on the next visit to Karlstad!

Great accommodation in a scenic area along the river in the middle of town. Close to many nice restaurants. Perfect with dogs as it was just to get out of the cabin and walk 25 meters to the river. It was made and nice when we arrived. So well planned where everything could fit in a small area. Recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back on occasion. 5 stars out of 5.
