Loft with 4 beds (note danger: steep staircase). 2 bathrooms of which one with sauna & washing machine. Private Parking. Sheets, towel & WiFi included. Ny villa vid havet på 52kvm med all bekvämlighet som kan önskas. Stort soldäck med havsutsikt, kök och vardagsrum i öppen planlösning med panoramasikt ut över havet, dubbelsäng eller två enkelsängar på övre plan samt bäddsoffa på nedre plan med tillhörande extra säng, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, kyl/frys & diskmaskin. Städ som tillval 600:- SEK Sänglinne och badlakan 200 SEK /person Båtplats med tillhörande båt för uthyrning 3 st underbara restauranger i gångavstånd från huset samt badstrand.

Directly by the sea with space for 4. One bedroom with a double bed, bunk bed in the living room. Dishwasher and washing machine. Patio with garden furniture. Sun loungers by a small beach. Weber grill, Nespresso maker. Sauna and sun loungers by the water. New for 2025: a 50 HP Linder 460 Arkip boat, at a private dock. A paradise for pike fishing. Kayak and SUP available for rent. Bicycles for rent. TV, WiFi. 8 km to city center, bus 3 times per hour. Supermarket 1 km. 3 golf courses nearby.

Stuga i Juleboda/ Österlen intill Maglehem & hav

Inom gångavstånd ligger den vidsträckta vackra stranden som sträcker sig från Stenshuvud till Åhus. Stugan ligger en kort bilfärd från såväl Kivik som Åhus. Från våren 2025 har vi 4st nya fina cyklar i stugan som kan användas av gästerna. Goda fiskemöjligheter finns i närheten i bl.a. Helge Å. Militäranläggningen Ravlunda skjutfält finns en bit bort men den är stängd under hela sommaren och det pågår ingen verksamhet. Under andra perioder kan det höras ljud och smällar från skjutövningar.

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Please note that during the summer of 2025 we rent out full weeks (change on Sundays) during the period: July 20th - August 17th A guest house built in 2020 just 250m from the wonderful beach. The 32m² is wisely planned and sleeps two bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with washing machine. The morning and morning sun lights up the 35m² wooden deck.
