The cottage is equipped with a small kitchen that can accommodate most things such as fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Large wooden deck with lovely morning sun. Modern, and well-equipped house with panoramic westerly sea view in a tranquil and green environment. Boat equipped for fishing is included for a minimum 5 nights stay, see photos for description. The house is spacious with 4 large bedrooms(8 beds), and 2 full bathrooms. There is a beautiful sea view from all rooms, and 3 large terraces to enjoy sun and shade depending on time of the day. Large garden in front of the sea. Close to house is a small bay with flat rocks for sunbathing and swimming.

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Seaside appartment ligger vägg i vägg med värdfamiljens bostad. Här ingår sängkläder o handdukar ”bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Det är en lägenhet med havsutsikt och närhet till naturskyddsområde med vackra stigar. Det finns tillgång till hav med möjlighet att bada 50m från lägenheten. Vi har även en gästsuga på tomten som syns i bild, den heter Panorama archipelago. Våran huvud bostad som ligger vägg i vägg går att hyra när vi är iväg ”Villa panorama” båda går att hyra på Airbnb.

Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

The 2300sqm garden extends all the way down to the lake. 50 meters from the house is a cozy beach where you could take a swim or try to catch some fish. The house is modern with high standard and is located in a quiet area in a beautiful nature with few other houses nearby. Here you can enjoy cycling, hiking, boat trip or just relax and watch the world go by.

Our cozy cottage is beautifully situated on our small farm in the middle of the Småland forest. The forest is located right around the corner for wonderful forest excursions. Next to the house there is a pond where you can swim. Cozy beach with sun loungers that you can enjoy in nice weather. The farm is only 10 minutes from the beautiful lake Åsnen and only 25 minutes to Växjö or Älmhult.
