Enjoy nature when you stay in this unique place. You will stay in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. No temporary unbooked visits allowed on the property beyond the two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-burning stove and wonderful views. You cook the food over an open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are soothed by the sound of the waves that lulls you to sleep. You have access to the toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do the dishes in the sea. Nice beach cliffs and lake tavern Skeppskatten within walking distance. 45 minutess by car to Stockholm city. 50 minutes by car to Arlanda airport.

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep 3. From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.
