property is in strategic location,just overlooking beautiful mountains and coffee estate. property was very clean and good. the complementary netflix account,clean crockery unit, towels,tooth brush and paste are some of the highlights of the property

Great place and the best part is the view that you get every morning and evening. Totally worth it. The place is really good and the staff were super helpful. Few things that can be improved . 1) Mobile number on which we can contact . It was missing and what was provided was not responsive 2) Food was delicious but slightly expensive, 3) Power backup need to be improved 4) Only one mosquito repellent was available

Stayed at The Spice Wood Resort and it was an amazing experience! The property is stunning, full of greenery and calm vibes — perfect for couples or anyone looking to relax. The ambience was so peaceful, and the rooms were just lovely. A big thanks to Mr. Pronoy for being such a great host — super friendly and made us feel right at home. Definitely a must-visit if you’re planning a peaceful stay in Wayanad

We had a great stay at Soman's place. It is a cozy space with all essential amenities included, located in a small farm which makes for an interesting walk with Soman. The overall location is also decent (~10 kms from Sultan Bathery, and reasonable eating options, chemist, general provisions etc. at the nearby junction ~500m away - special shout-out to Mina's Food Court!). Soman was very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast he served up was typical of Keralite households - felt very much at home! Being a local, he had in-depth insight on the tourist attractions nearby and helped us plan the limited time we had available in Wayanad. Staying in the midst of a lush, green farm, he gave us a heads up on Do's/ Don'ts for a comfortable stay - which was quite thoughtful of him. If we had some more time we would have liked to have had some more interactions with Soman himself - I'm sure there is potential for interesting conversations there :-)

We have extended our stay so I’m writing another review :) Even though it was very rainy at the time we stayed we still got to travel around and enjoy the beauty of Sultan Bathery. First of all the city itself is very nice and probably the cleanest I’ve seen in India. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. It was easy to move around in buses to see different sites and also just to walk in this beautiful jungle was soothing for the soul. On our last day Muralidharan took us to the local tea plantation and factory and we got a special tour around and it was fascinating! To think you drink tea all your life and have no idea where it’s coming from and how it’s done.. finally we did! And got some premium green tea for a great price. I highly recommend to visit Sultan Bathery and its surrounding, maybe better time will be from September to April, before monsoon season. In general, wayanad is one of the less traveled places in Kerala and a real jam! Don’t miss staying in this house!

Awesome place to stay & host is very supportive. Place to stay is very clean, calm & very good for family. They provide basic stuff everyday like eggs, milk, bread, biscuit & also give seasonal fruits available on the farm. There will be firecamp & barbeque if you wish to use. Little away from the city, there is no noise of vehicles & also very less people around. Host will be available everytime whenever you need any help. Maid will be available everyday for cleaning except Sunday. If you need anything from town, host will arrange a person to deliver it to your stay. Town is also very nearby if you need anything.
