Das geräumige Ferienhaus (200m², 3 Doppelzimmern, 3 Terrassen) ist umrahmt von Wald und Wiesen und liegt 1,5 km von Ortszentrum Gmunden entfernt. Von allen Räumen genießt man den weiten Blick auf den See und das umliegende Bergpanorama. Direkt vom Haus können Spaziergänge, Wanderungen und Radtouren unternommen werden. Außerdem gibt es unten am See einen kostenlosen Badeplatz mit Tischtennis, Volleyball, Paddelbooten usw (12 Min Fußweg, 1 Min mit Auto). Wir haben Fußbodenheizung bzw -kühlung.

Die Fußboden beheizten Holzböden in Kombination mit großen Fenstern schaffen ein herrliches Wohlfühlklima zu jeder Jahres-, Tages und Nachtzeit. Die Anlage ist terrassenförmig angelegt. Es gibt ein Upper-, Garden- und Pool-Deck, wo man zwischen Sonne und Schatten, Ruhe, Entspannung, Pool (Mai - Sept) und Sauna (ganzjährig) wählen kann.

The heart of this old furnished building is probably the cozy living room with tiled stove and kitchen in winter, and plenty of wood is of course provided. From May to October, the heated indoor pool in the tropical conservatory is inspiring. The barely used side street also offers additional peace. In general, the location is perfect, whether in the city of Salzburg, for a ski tour in Gaißau or for swimming in Lake Fuschlsee.
