Apartment holiday rentals in Kaohsiung City

Kenji is an excellent Airbnb host. His apartment was exactly as advertised. Spacious, furnished, and very clean. The Wi-Fi, hot water heater, washing machine, refrigerator and air conditioner all worked perfectly. He is also a very responsive host. If I had any questions, he would reply to me promptly with an answer. I can highly recommend a stay at Kenji's apartment rental.

床舒服 電視功能多 但有淺眠的人不建議入住因為有時候晚上會聽到水管水流聲音跟外面車子經過的聲音

Great price deal for a great location!

Great choice for a stay in Kaohsiung, literally across the parking lot from an MRT. Newly renovated apartment that looked just like the pictures. Solid internet, comfortable bed and sofa, great kitchen area and bathroom. Minor cons are the it is a 3rd floor walk up and the stairs are narrow if you have a large suitcase, but the host was clear about this when booking. There's also some noise from construction upstairs daytime and a dog downstairs at night, but not terrible since I use earplugs at night to sleep. Friendly host that met me on time and explained apartment features, flexible check in and out times and enough kitchenware for long term stays if you want to cook. 2 large grocery stores within 10 minute walk, lots of restaurants and convenience stores. Great water pressure for showers with a large boiler, good curtains that blocked a lot of the morning light for sleeping which is rare among the 5 Taiwan Airbnbs I stayed in.

The location was excellent—just a short walk to the night market and Formosa Boulevard Station, with plenty of food options nearby. There’s also a 7-Eleven and a 24-hour grocery just a few meters away, which made everything super convenient. The home itself was perfect for our group of six, with plenty of space to move around comfortably. We appreciated the kitchen and available cutlery, which allowed us to cook rice and enjoy meals from the market or night market at home to save on costs. It’s a great space overall, and the hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

這次入住的體驗非常棒，房東用心打造了一個溫馨又實用的空間，讓人一進門就覺得放鬆自在。整體裝潢溫馨可愛，從細節可以感受到房東的品味與用心。 Fujitsu冷氣表現優異，不論白天或晚上都能迅速讓空間降溫，炎炎夏日也能住得很舒服。廚房配備齊全，全面使用IKEA的餐具與廚具，無論是簡單料理還是享受早餐時光都非常方便。還有Brita濾水壺這樣的貼心小物，讓人安心又加分。 洗衣機具備洗脫烘功能，對於中長期住宿特別實用。整體居住體驗非常舒適，真心推薦這間Airbnb，也非常感謝房東在各方面的用心安排！

I give Sandy's apartment a full six-stars if i can. Sandy's place is centrally located in the heart of Tainan. I was given clear check-in instructions and the place was more than exactly as described. The host went beyond and above what is expected for a very comfortable stay in Taiwan. Everything was clearly labelled and all amenities were very thoughtfully privded. Thank you, I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Eve and Jose’s apartment is in a quiet little neighbourhood not far from the main railway station and within walking distance (20 minutes) of some interesting historical sites. There is also a street of cheap eateries a couple of minutes away (Yule Street) which cater for the many university students living in the area. The apartment is cheerful, spacious, and comfortable. It has some personal decorative touches that make it feel like home, including potplants on the doorstep. I loved staying there.

Ich habe dieses AirBnB für eine Dienstreise gebucht. Leslie hat immer schnell und freundlich auf alle Anfragen geantwortet und das Apartment ist so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Für die nächste Dienstreise nach Tainan werde ich Leslie's Apartment wieder ins Auge fassen. Das Apartment ist in einer neuen Wohnanlage gelegen, nicht weit weg vom Tainan Science Park (10-15min) und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten sich selbst zu verpflegen (PX-Mart gleich um die Ecke)

We stayed for two weeks with remote working, sightseeing and occasional light cooking, and had no complaints about the new amenities:) it is about 15 minutes walk to fine art museum and nearby light-trail station. You will find excellent restaurants and bakery along the way, and we quickly become regular customer We are not bothered by the slight inconvenient checkin procedure but still worth mentioning: you have to wait outside the building until someone opens the lobby door with their own security fob, then you can tag along. It might be a little surprising as it doesn't happen often for Airbnb accommodations

Wonderful month long stay! comfortable beds and sofas, little extras that we might need like tape and soap, and plenty of stocked essentials. Host was responsive and helpful when needed. Location is near a nighmarket and bus lines. Metro is only about a 20 minute walk.

Clean. Friendly staff. New disposable toiletries and towels were provided. Even though the place was next to the night market, the room itself was relatively quiet because it did not have a window. Santorini feel. Definitely returning to this place the next time I visit Kenting.
