We had a wonderful stay. The place is very well kept and clean. Beautiful scenery and peaceful. Steph and family are friendly and quick to respond to any questions. My family and I were also able to meet the animals and my kids loved it! 100% recommend this place and will stay here again if in the area.

As described, it is a working ranch!!!! It was a treat to see the animals.

My daughter and I travel around to fishing tournaments and this place was one of the top for what we look for, quiet, close proximity, dog friendly. Perfect place to relax both before and after the tournament!

This was the most unique & most amazing Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The renovation/restoration kept all Of the details of the original house but added in modern amenities seamlessly. This was also the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. I would definitely recommend staying here & will definitely stay here again! The pictures do not do it justice…you have to experience it to see all of the amazing details!!

This place was so cute! I was impressed with all of the details...all about chicken and roosters. It was spacious and exactly what I needed. Tim was always very responsive whenever I had a question.

It was well worth it! Beautiful, serene, and just what the doctor ordered. The new hot tub was top notch. Perfect for our honeymoon. The patio was very nice and private. We even got to listen to the roosters talk the next morning ❣️

Amazing experience! Loved seeing the elk and being so close to them for the whole stay! Chores with Mike was worth the stay all on its own! Highly recommended!

The word of the stay is “Charming!” Evokes memories for those who spent any part of childhood in an old house. This place is well maintained and clean. A whimsical departure from a forgettable hotel. Larissa was a fantastic host. The farm eggs elevated the experience! Recommend!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful farmhouse. The owners were very intentional with the decor and thoughtful in all of the things that they included in the home. Everything was clean, and the bath towels were high-quality. Kendra was very easy to communicate with and we really appreciated her thoughtfulness. The kitchen was a dream and we really appreciated the high-quality cooking amenities.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rebecca's A frame. It was picture perfect - cuter in person than the photos. The land was so peaceful. Inside, it was clean, well decorated, with several nice touches including snacks and a complimentary bottle of red wine. Sitting out on the back porch watching the stars and enjoying the weather was a highlight. The beds were extremely comfortable. We would stay here again if passing through Kansas in the future.

Really nice looks new. She had a nice coffee bar, and a few condiments in the refrigerator. I will definitely stay here again.

The Cottage was just what we were looking for. It was cute and clean and the surroundings were so peaceful and beautiful. Jen went above and beyond with extra touches and we felt right at home. The kitchen was perfect with everything you could possibly need! Jen was also so easy to communicate with and very responsive! We will definitely be back!!

This is our second stay and hopefully won’t be our last! The house just feels like home. We really enjoy the friendly barn cats and the landscape. Thanks again for another great stay!

This place was absolutely wonderful! It has a great old country home feel. The route to the home was beautiful and scenic. Jeremy and Kristie were very kind and left us a comfy and clean home to stay at! My family and I enjoyed our stay vastly and would highly recommend :)

This was our 2nd stay at Lynnette's farm and we absolutely loved our stay. The home is exactly as described and very clean. Lynnette is very welcoming and willing to share her knowledge of farming with guests. Our children loved learning about the animals, holding the chicks, meeting the pigs, sheep, geese, and dogs. If you are looking for a calm and relaxing space where you can slow down and kids can explore, this is the place. We plan to come back again!

Teri’s houses are always exactly as represented. Beautiful house and surroundings. The pond is so peaceful and the sunsets are picture perfect.

This was our second visit and we love the house and location away from the city. The grill worked great and we enjoyed the farm fresh eggs that were provided! The house was stocked with everything we needed.

Charming old farm house! Great yard for the kids to play & a large patio for watching the kids & dinning at. Kitchen was clean and functional. Great place to stay!

What a great stay! The bunkhouse is charmingly appointed, very comfortable, and in the perfect Flint Hills setting. The prairie comes right up to the patio, so you can see birds, wildflowers, and various other flora and fauna without leaving the property. The trains are close and frequent, but we loved them. And when they weren't going by, it was absolutely peaceful. We're already talking about our next visit. Walk the art path!
