Holiday rentals with beach access in Kamen

Davids apartment is modern, super clean and well equipped. There are supermarkets and restaurants near by. The view from the balcony is quite nice - very green and you even can see the sea. The neighbourhood is quiet and local. It’s a good base to explore the region.

On the whole, the location of the apartment is very good, as it is on the outskirts of the city or in the residential area for better earners (not top earners). About 10 minutes' walk to the beach. However, the view from the apartment is priceless. A large supermarket is also within a 2-minute walk. The apartment also has an underground parking space with a lockable gate. The WLAN connection always worked 100%. Kitchen equipment (basic spices available). Towels and even a washing machine with detergent are also available in the bathroom. In the house itself, very quiet. There is no other Airbnb apartment. The only drawback is that it is quite far from the old town (it is just the outskirts of the city, it is in the nature of things). Bus stops are close to the apartment. I would rent the apartment again anytime. The apartment is worth its money.

Great location, amazing harbor and islands view from the patio, very walkable to many restaurants and ~20 minute walk into the historic district which you can walk along the beach or a bit more direct along streets. Easy, short walks to multiple beaches both up and down the coast...providing options for quiet beaches or those with restaurants/bars, and activities. Very clean, comfortable, and with a private parking spot. Katarina our Host was proactive with meeting us at check-in, providing local advice and checking up to be sure everything was well...which is was! For a stay in Split, 100% would stay again!!

Ivona’s place was everything as described. It’s in a great location as it’s a quick walk to the beach, bus stop and shops. She left us fruit, biscuits and wine. The kitchen has everything. It was very homely. Thanks Ivona for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

The place is so wonderful, look exactly like the picture with a beautiful view, perfect for sunset. Apartment is very clean, with cooking equipment supplied. The host is very friendly and kind, respond to any questions quickly. Highly recommend this place!

Beautilful views , right in front of the beach. Very convenient for visiting Split (15 min away) or Omis. Walking distance to a bakery and small supermaket. Free parking in premises. Host provides beach chairs and umbrellas, which is very convenient. Well equiped kitchen. Having two baths was also a plus. Will definitely recommend for staying in the Split area.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dana’s she was so lovely and very responsive. Her apartment was so spacious, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The terrace was so beautiful with an amazing view. It was a short drive from the Old Town which was just a 5 euro Uber drive. There was a bus stop about 150m down the road which we didn’t use but would have been convenient if needed. We had a late flight so Dana let us put our bags in her car and came back and met us to retrieve them. She would have let us check out later and stay in the apartment however she had new guests arriving. We have stayed in a few different places on our trip as we were traveling to a lot of different places but I wish I could have stayed at Dana’s longer. If I go back to Split I would definitely stay there again.

Davorka was an excellent host and responded very quickly and efficiently to us. She spent time with us explaining local transport and shared great advice on what to do and see. The place was spotless and well resourced. We loved the balcony with nice furniture outside and in. The washing machine was a good bonus. We arrived to delocious goodies and drinks in the fridge. Beds were comfortable and shower was fantastic. Parking was good and the view over the bay to the front and hills at the back was a bonus. We would recommend to others.

We had an amazing stay at Nikola's place! Great views, plenty of privacy, and the perfect space to enjoy for large groups. Still easy to access other areas of Split via taxi. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Dragana is a very kind soul, generous and thoughtful. I was well taken care of and the neighborood is quiet and charming. I loved my 5 nights there and will cherish good memories and good conversation. Thank you

The host was incredibly gracious and responsive and we found that any issues that came up during our stay (though there weren't many) were cleared up almost immediately. The apartment was beautiful and clean and we ended up spending more time there because of this. Although the pool was closed because it was chilly outside, we spent our fair share of time in the sauna. Overall, highly recommend! It's a 10-15 minute drive in order to get to any restaurants, and we found that to be the only drawback.

We really enjoyed our stay. Ivan is a great host and he answered all my questions. Self check-in was very easy. Everything was very clean. We prefered to park at the private parking lot at the main street that belongs to the house and is in 3 minutes walking distance to the house. In front of the house are two bars, so you can hear people talk and laugh, but if you close the windows it is really quiet. You should keep in mind, that the house is quite small and minimalistic, so there is not much space for your clothes and you'll probably leave your belongings in your suitcase. The rooftop is beautiful. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. In 1 minute you are at the ocean. In 4 minutes at the beach (stone beach). 10min by car is a LIDL (big supermarket). Great for doing trips to Trogir or Split. I would definitly book again! Thank you very much Ivan!

If we could give this 5,000,000 stars out of 5, we would. Irena & Đuro treated us like family from the moment we arrived and we'll be grateful to them forever! If you want a truly unforgettable experience and to be part of something special, PLEASE book this place. From kind words and surprise refreshments to a perfectly private beach tucked into a hidden oceanside village, you will not be disappointed. We had a rental car but didn't use it because we couldn't be torn away from the peaceful clear waters of the Adriatic and the beautifully manicured terraces for lounging and enjoying the sunset views. We could go on and on, but we'll just say: THANK YOU & SEE YOU AGAIN! <3

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

Our stay in Split was absolutely wonderful, and this Airbnb was a big part of that! The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained—everything about it exceeded our expectations. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, yet still within easy walking distance to all the top attractions, restaurants, and beaches. The highlight of our stay, though, was our incredible host, Gorana. She went above and beyond to help us plan our trip, offering great suggestions for excursions, places to eat, and things to see and do around Split. Her hospitality made us feel truly welcome and taken care of. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

We felt comfortable in the apartment and especially liked the clean kitchen and living room. By car, you can quickly get to Split, but the surrounding area is also very nice. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend the place!

We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
