Holiday rentals with beach access in Kamaole Beach Park I

We liked the pool a lot! We also liked to play tennis and there were 2 rackets and tennisballs in the apartment. Great! The kitchen was easy to use and well equipped. The shower is very nice and the bed great. You could also use all the beach equipment. There is a beach litterally across the street. We rather liked to hike and found the location great because it was easy to get everywhere on the island. Also foodland is quite close and in Kahului, which is a 15 min drive, is every shop you want. So nothing missing. We had a great stay!

Kara was a wonderful host, very proactive. The place was very clean, great location. Definitely recommend.

A fantastic apartment! Very quiet area of Kihei away from the crowds. Beautiful views of the beach and sea, however, would recommend checking the other beaches out in the south.

The place was just as described. It was within walking distance to a really nice beach. The chairs/umbrella for the beach were great and we used them extensively. We really liked that the washer and dryer were in the unit so we had fresh towels when needed. Would definitely come back

We really enjoyed the relaxing environment. It was close to the beach. The complex was quiet and we enjoyed the hot tub a couple of the evenings.

This place was great for our family of five (teenage kids, so basically 5 adults) first trip to Maui. The lanai was my favorite hangout spot with the most gorgeous ocean view and we loved being right across from Kam 3 beach! The beach supplies were awesome! We weren’t bothered at all by the busy street out front that some have commented on. The kitchen was well stocked. Melissa was the most amazing and helpful host I’ve ever had!! She gave great instructions, provided helpful recommendations, and was immediately responsive when we had a snafu with the door code—she was absolutely fabulous! We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Brie's AirBnB was the perfect mini vacation for us and our children. Highlights: We enjoyed going out the back patio to the private pool on the property. The AirBnB is on the ground floor which also made it easier to come and go. But the main part is we ALL felt at home. Plenty food places to go to. We went to Nalu's and Kihei Caffe :) We are so very grateful synchronicity brought us to Brie's Airbnb. Mahalo for the last-minute booking!

Overall good place to stay- very large and open layout. Clean and had most everything we needed. Walkable to many restaurants, shops and a park. Parking was good, fairly quiet street. Had lots of extra beach stuff to use (cooler, 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, swimming stuff, snorkeling stuff)

This home is extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen tools, speaker to play music, beach gear and towels, it's all there. The house has a beautiful garden and it's a quiet neighborhood. Cassie is very responsive and flexible. She gave us some great recommendations in the area. The location of the house is very convenient, centrally located on the island. Beds are comfortable and so is the living room. If we come back to Maui we will stay here again!

Leslie’s place was a gem! If we are ever back to Maui, we would love to stay here again. The location was perfect for snorkeling, and Leslie’s local recommendations were awesome. The check in and out was very easy to follow. The place has beach chairs, boogie board, beach towels and so many more! We also appreciated the hot jacuzzi in the condo and the beach in the front.

Scott was a helpful and very friendly host. He gave us a ton of tips and guides on what to do in Maui. His place is so close to the beach that it is highly recommended to walk to the beach early in the morning, around 6am, to get the most out of his location. His place was spotless and clean, with no issues. He has all the kitchen items you needed if you wanted to make a quick breakfast before heading out to the road to Hana, or to the national park! He is such a great host and I will be going back to him when I visit Maui again in the near future. As always, please start your mornings early! Around 6/7am the latest, because Maui is incredible during the early mornings. Scott has a ton of recommendations so he will help you with any advice that you need to really make the most out of your Maui trip. 5/5 stars for Scott and for Scott’s Airbnb. This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

Steve’s place is great and he is an excellent communicator and very invested in ensuring his guests have a great experience. We loved watching the sunset from the deck and the pool and game room were both so fun for our family. Lots of pantry staples on hand as well as some yummy snacks to greet us. The location is private and peaceful and we loved all the beautiful Hawaiian plants and geckos in the yard. Thanks for a great stay!

We had the best time at this condo! It was quiet and clean and was exactly what we were hoping for! Don was incredibly responsive when I had questions or needed recommendations to rent baby gear! We had a great time and hope to Come back again

Our stay at Jacque’s place was perfect! The house was in a convenient location to all the things we were doing! Jacque was a great host and very accommodating for our arrival and departure times as well as responsive! The house was clean and cozy and had everything we needed (:

We had a bit of a different experience in Maui as our daughter got sick as soon as we landed so we ended up spending a lot of time at Hasan's place (probably more than other people that stay here do). The place itself was great (even though our trip had its hiccups hah). We were stuck inside at Hasan's place for a couple days but the place had everything we could ever need. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to make quick meals and having the extra space was really helpful with a sick kid. Hasan was also super responsive (when the battery on the door was low, someone changed it within the hour; when I asked whether we can have a rental company drop off a crib he coordinated drop off and pickup). Once we were ready to venture out again it was great having 2 beaches nearby we could walk to sinc ewe didn't want to venture too far (and having all the beach stuff we'd need already in the apartmetn including towels, sand toys, etc) meant we didn't have to plan anything!

The description matched the AirBnB perfectly. It was clean and comfortable. The house directions were printed on a binder inside. However, the check in instructions were missing and the response time by the host was very slow (this could be an issue of the messaging service). The location was great with a beach within a 3 minute walk and lots of restaurants even closer. There were lots of supplies in the closets that were helpful - loads of beach towels, soft-sided cooler, two beach chairs, two umbrellas (but one was angled at the top), boogie board, some snorkeling gear, and even had laundry supplies.

We loved this place! We walked to the nearby beaches and restaurants and loved our morning coffee on the lanai. The view is so worth it. It was very clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella) that was provided. We cooked breakfast most mornings and found the kitchen to be well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. However, you’ll need to bring your own oils, seasonings, etc. We did have a few issues out of Craig’s control, and he was helpful in finding solutions. I did panic when we had landed on Maui and I hadn't received the condo code yet. I reached out and he replied within about an hour. I later saw that he sometimes doesn't give out that info until the day of check in, so don't be alarmed. Overall, we loved our stay and can't wait to visit Maui again. Even with a few hiccups, this place was amazing and great to come back to after a day of adventuring.

We had a nice stay at Jon’s place. The unit is as pictured. Jon is an excellent communicator and clear with instructions. The location is fine. The AC unit in the bedroom makes sporadic banging noises, which was a bit jarring. Otherwise not a bad place to stay!

Very nice apartment in a very good location. South Maui Gardens are very near and highly recommended. Carolyn was also very friendly and easy to reach.

My wife and I had a great time at Todd’s place. The location is great, lots of food trucks and coffee shops steps away from the condo. There is a friendly surf spot just in front of the condo. The condo is very well equipped with brand new appliances. I totally recommend this place!

The place was great! Walking distance to some great restaurants including an awesome food truck village. Great park right across the street and incredible beaches just a short drive down the road. All the things you need to have a great day at the beach including boogie boards, chairs, towels, and even a nice wagon to carry it all it! This was an amazing place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the beautiful island of Maui.
