Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

The cottage is located high. Sun much of the day/evening. Nature plot is shared with main building. Neighbors are around, not close, you can handle yourself. The cottage has a large bright living room, a smaller bedroom, a mini kitchen as well as a toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer. three km to the sea and child-friendly swimming. Both close to the cabin and on Värmdö there are scenic areas for recreation. Two km to the bus stop with direct bus to Slussen/Stockholm. Seven km to grocery store. Two bicycles available.

Enjoy nature when you stay in this unique place. You will stay in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. No temporary unbooked visits allowed on the property beyond the two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-burning stove and wonderful views. You cook the food over an open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are soothed by the sound of the waves that lulls you to sleep. You have access to the toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do the dishes in the sea. This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep 3. From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.
