Everything was perfect with Diane, very friendly, helpful, nice, we felt very comfortable there. Great view and very quiet. Many walking activities such as swimming, walking along the river, etc. The local train with connections to the neighboring villages was also within walking distance. We'd love to come back. It was a wonderful stay with breathtaking views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help and advise. You can just tell that they are dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

we have just finished 6 days of wonderful holiday in Anna's lovely apartment, and one thing is for sure and that is that we will come back, hopefully already next year, it is charming and cozy, and the surroundings are fantastic for walking, and with the Alpbachtal card you can go on some good mountain hikes, and other exciting experiences, or you can sit outside the door and look at the mountains....because outside Anna and her family are very helpful and nice.. We were warmly welcomed by Gabi and also during our stay we had good contact. The cottage is fully equipped, sparkling clean and a wonderful base for skiing.

This place is so beautiful. easy parking. beautiful views from the room itself and close to a lot of eateries. we wanted to extend our stay here just for the place but we had a tight schedule. Angelika was very responsive and friendly.

The stay was very nice and the communication with the host was great. Every morning you could order a small breakfast basket. Gladly again!

This was a perfect apartment, exactly as described, spotlessly clean and conveniently situated. The on site parking and the sunny outdoor space was particularly appreciated. It’s easy to get to Innsbruck, Achensee or further afield. We loved it and hope to return soon.

The apartment was lovingly furnished in a very quiet location. We felt very comfortable. Communication with the hostess was very good, so that every question was answered in detail. The apartment was clean and very spacious. The photos and description of the apartment match. A ski bus stop was only a few minutes walk away, so nothing stood in the way of a perfect stay for a ski vacation.

Christoph’s place was extremely clean and comfortable for two adults and a child. The views of the mountains were beautiful. Easy to walk to bus and hiking. We drive into Innsbruck easily. Supermarket about 5-7 min by car.Christoph was very friendly and gave us nice tips on things to do in the city. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! The apartment is elegant and cozy…we felt treated to something special and right at home at the same time. Pam and Leon thought of every detail. We had everything we needed. The infrared sauna was perfect after a long hike. Pam helped us with restaurant reservations, hiking advice, and directions. She was very attentive when we needed it, and also gave us privacy. Get the breakfast box! A unique experience and exceptionally good! We will be forever grateful for our experience at Van’s Place!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and would love to stay there again!

The host was very accommodating, always had a good tip for things to do. If questions came up, they would always have good advice. Overall, just top, always happy to travel there.

The stay at Alfred and Astrid's place was fantastic. Alfred was particularly friendly and took the time to explain how everything works. The apartment was really above expectations. Super clean and the kitchen was very complete and has a luxurious spacious fridge with ice maker. The apartment has 3 large TVs with a Netflix subscription on each TV. Both a German, a Dutch and an Italian version. No hassle with your own login. There was a fine and fast internet connection of 150 mbit. Very nice. We also enjoyed the beautiful bathroom with luxury hot tub and the lovely rain shower. The apartment is in a quiet place about 6 min drive from a shopping center and it is a 5 min drive to the ski slope of Reith im Alpbachtal and only 10 min drive to the large ski resort in the Alpbachtal. We will definitely come back here again!

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
