Brian is an incredible host! The pictures of this place don’t do it justice. It’s beautiful inside and out. The perfect modern home surrounded by trees and wildlife. A nice fire pit and chairs, a clean and relaxing hot tub, and so much more. This property has something for everyone. It was a great place to stay for my girls trip with my friends and my sisters. The last little getaway before I get hitched. We can’t wait to come back and book this property again

Absolutely loved Alana’s Studio in Saugatuck! It was so cute and I loved the retro feel! Everything was so clean and well cared for. The suite was so convenient for us to walk to Saugatuck and Douglas. We parked the car and never had to move it again! Alana had everything that we needed waiting for us including a cold bottle of wine! What else could you ask for! We will absolutely book this suite for our next trip to Saugatuck!

Really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. Peaceful and quiet locations. House was clean and quite cozy. Loved the location. The beds were super comfy and the hot tub provided some much needed relief after the chilly days. We had some difficulty with the keypad but the owners were quick to respond and reached out to assist immediately. Totally would stay again and would highly recommend.

This place was absolutely amazing, can 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Saugatuck. Everything was clean, new, and beautiful in the apartment. There was even a cheese plate and some other treats left for us in the fridge by Mark, which we did not expect and were perfect after a long day of traveling. You can't beat the location, truly, we just parked the car and walked to everything. We hope to return to town and if we do, will absolutely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Treetops condo! Our group of three slept comfortably, and it was the perfect location for us to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We loved sipping our morning coffee on the private deck. Highly recommend!

Absolutely magical spot. Peaceful river sounds through the old windmill, deer and duck sightings, and beautiful scenery. Easy walk to downtown Saugatuck and right by The Southerner, which has incredible food and a great spot to relax with a beer and the baby in the stroller. We didn’t mind sleeping on the fold-out so she could have the upstairs. Perfect Memorial Day getaway.
