This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Two bedrooms, bathroom , lounge , dining room & kitchen Plus decks & large double garage. Check photos. The bottom level is not occupied. For larger families or friends we do rent the whole house as an option & price is by negotiation. The ground level has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 , its own bathroom, lounge and kitchen

Absolute beach-front with panoramic views of Cook's Beach and Shakespeare Cliffs. Like a private beach with safe swimming and anchorage and the apartments are situated in the best part of it. Location, location, location! A hop, skip and jump to Waihi Beach's famous 'Flat White Cafe' and stunning 10km ocean beach. Not so glam on the outside (but we are working on that) but inside it's a little winner - almost brand new with all the comforts in a home away from home.
