Beach apartment holiday rentals in Kailua

Our host was very responsive and accommodated our early and late check out . The condo was clean and as described in the booking The location of the condo is perfect with great restaurants , canal and beach all less than 10minute walk .

A great place for 2 people- it would work with a child as well. It is not "on the beach" but that was ok for us for this 3 night stay. The beach is about 2 minutes walk away when you get downstairs. The 10th floor has a sun deck (with tables & chairs) with views of the ocean and Diamond Head. Really nice. We didn't want to pay (probably double or triple) to be beach front and beach view from our condo- this was definitely as good as you can get without having to do that, at a reasonable price. We didn't use the boogie boards but did use 1 of the beach chairs and the umbrella and cooler. Nice to have those for sure and the 2 minutes to the beach has good (mild) waves for boogie boarding. The small kitchen was perfect for our short stay as well. We did not rent a car. Lots of stuff close by but we'd use Uber for places we couldn't walk to. Mahalo Matt!

Overall, would highly recommend and enjoyed our stay. Pros: - Beautiful, stunning view of Diamond Head and Waikiki beach. - This place is close to plenty of food options, including a burger place in the first floor, a hula bar on the second, and a great coffee shop next door at the Queen Kapiolani - The place is stocked with everything you need, including beach gear, coffee, q-tips…you name it! - Bedding smelled great and bed was super comfortable. - Windows on 3 sides let in a lot of natural light. Cons: - Water pressure isn’t great but it’s on the roof. - The pool is abysmal. My daughter and I walked down there, took one look and said nope.

Kai was an amazing host. My partner and I stayed at Kai’s place for 6 nights. His instructions were spot-on. Everything was set up flawlessly, and it made our trip feel smooth. The place was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. The place is one minute away from the beach and Kalakaua ave, so everything you could possibly need is walking distance. Kai was responsive and attentive to anything we could possibly need. He even sent us a list of food recommendations prior to our trip. David, the building manager was also very helpful and available to our every question. My partner and I will definitely be looking to stay at Kai’s place for future visits! Our trip was perfect, and a big part of that was due to Kai’s warm welcome!

The location and view can't really be beat here! We've been to Waikiki a couple of times and Eleanor's place has been our favourite accommodation. We travelled with our toddler and made the screen doors work for nap time. The location meant we could walk everywhere we wanted to go really easily and we enjoyed the beach and the two Ilikai pools. Loved the coffee shop downstairs too. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Loved spending the evenings on the lanai watching the busy beach and catching glimpses of the Hilton's luau. We also had a great view of the fireworks which miraculously didn't wake the baby!

The perfect place to stay in the middle of Waikiki! The space was great for my fiancé and I, and we loved being able to easily walk all over Waikiki. The parking garage is a little tight to maneuver around, but we did always find a spot. The front desk was also very nice and helpful during our stay.

Maurie’s place was exactly as described! To start, Maurie’s communication was impeccable. He provided recommendations, gave clear instructions, responded quickly, and even let me know that the condo was available earlier than expected, which was extremely helpful when getting to town! The condo is as described, small but enough space for two comfortably (but why are you inside while in Hawaii anyway!?). If you are expecting a super boujee experience, I would suggest another location, however if you want something that has an amazing view for morning coffee with an unbeatable location, do not think twice about booking, do it! The beach is super close, wonderful food options about 5 minutes walking, and I felt safe coming and going. I will definitely stay at Maurie’s place when I’m in town again, amazing host, unbeatable location, and perfect little spot to stay in Waikīkī! Mahalo!

We had an amazing time staying at this Waikiki gem! The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The unit was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, including beach towels and chairs, which were a nice bonus. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Honolulu!

Overall a really solid place to stay in Waikiki. It’s in an area that’s a quick walk to the beach, a grocery store, and many excellent restaurants and cafes while also not being too close to touristy hotels. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a good stay. We found the bed to be extremely comfortable. The host is also excellent and is always available to make sure you’re having a nice stay.

We had a great stay at Michael’s place! The space was clean, open, and easy to access. Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus during our trip. The location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to the luau made for a perfect evening. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was such a cute place to stay and has a really good location close to everything you might need!

Staying at this lovely condo in Turtle Bay helped us start our Hawaii trip with deep relaxation and ease. It had everything we needed and more including beach towels, chairs and umbrella, fully stocked kitchen and a huge comfy king bed all in super well decorated surroundings. Easy walk to the public beach and hotel restaurants! We loved our time on the North Shore so much and this place was the perfect spot to come back to.

The place was exactly as described. The view from the patio and bedroom was breathtaking. Very clean and easy to get in and out. James & Mira were so very responsive with recommendations on where to eat and what I should go do based on my interest. They responded within minutes of any questions I had. The housewarming gift was a nice touch. I wish the pool would have been available but that was out of their control due to remodel (this was in the description before booking so not caught by surprise). But as they described the beach is literally a 3-minute walk. The only issue I had was finding the parking garage but that also was google maps sending me in circles. I contacted James and Mira and they were quick to apologize even though it was not their fault and asked how they could improve moving forward. I would most definitely stay again and well worth the price.

An ideal place to stay for your first trip to Hawaii! The location is unbeatable! Perfect if you prefer not to rent a car. Surrounded by incredible restaurants and breathtaking views, it offers everything you need for a memorable getaway. Highly recommended!

PJ was great to work with and the condo had a great view of the ocean. The only complaint is the streets around the place were kind of smelly and not pleasant. A block or two towards Waikiki was nice.

Wonderful condo that is immaculately cared for. The host was very well organized and provided everything anyone could need. We had plenty of beach towels, bath towels, beach toys/equipment, lots of extra sheets/pillows and even a good hairdryer. Everything was well stocked and labeled. There was a full kitchen full of wares/utensils and A/C for every room in the condo. Even a first aid kit was there. It was all perfect, extra comfortable, clean, and fit our party of 6 . I would not hesitate to immediately recommend or book this condo again for the Turtle Bay Area. Definitely 5 stars across the board. Thanks Jordan!

Wife, 3yo, and I loved staying here. It’s a block or two away from a lagoon beach that’s perfect for kids. Restaurants everywhere. Private parking space makes renting a car very easy and worthwhile. Super central vs everything on Oahu so it’s easy to get everywhere. It is a little loud at night especially on Friday, but we never had any problem sleeping.

We enjoyed our stay at Pua Moana. It is the perfect size for our small family. The unit is beautifully maintained, clean, and well stocked. We were able to walk to the beach and the Ritz. Scott takes pride in maintaining the unit and cares for his guests. He gave us a quick check-in orientation and tips/updates on things happening while we stayed. We will defiantly consider another stay at Pua Moana.

Litan was a great host and responsive. The townhouse was in a good Northshore location with a beach close by. it was perfect for 4 of us. The provided beach chairs, cooler, towels, and umbrella were nice amenities too. thanks again! Eric

We had a wonderful time at Murial’s villa. The villa is much more spacious, brighter, and more comfortable than it appears in the Airbnb photos — the pictures really don't do it justice! We didn’t feel rushed at all; it was perfectly relaxing to stay at Murial’s villa. Communication with Murial was excellent, and the instructions were very clear. We truly appreciate everything. this was a wonderful place to stay 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and most food amenities. the best part of this day is that the host provides so many towels and beach towels. also plenty of toilet paper compared to most other hosts. I would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful surroundings, easy check-in & out. Everything you might need is easily accessible - coffee, snacks, pool toys, snorkeling gear, sunscreen, etc. Neighbors were a little noisy a couple of nights, but nothing outrageous.
