What a Great place! Close to everything, but very peaceful. Great for day trips! The bed was very comfortable. Which is good after a day of exploring. Very friendly host! Made sure we had everything we needed. What a beautiful property.

5 stars! Was a great location! The hosts were friendly and had amazing recommendations. We felt secure and safe, as well as thankful for the wonderful amenities they offered. The pool was amazing and the unit was exactly as described. Everything was clean and quiet. AC was great. Overall just great hosts and place , would 100% recommend!

Our family had the most unforgettable stay at this beautiful home on the Big Island! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need — from beach towels and snorkeling gear to a fully equipped kitchen perfect for family meals. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying coffee with a view each morning was pure magic. The location was ideal — close enough to explore beaches, and local spots, yet peaceful and private enough to feel like a true retreat. Our hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations and making sure our stay was seamless. We created memories here that our family will cherish forever. If you’re looking for a home away from home in paradise, this is it! Mahalo for everything — we can’t wait to return!

Great location we walked every day up and down the strip to different restaurants into the beach other sites Walmart, and Safeway are about a five minute drive or about a 10 minute walk Apartment was a good size in newly renovated

Francesca's place was the perfect home base for our visit to Hawaii! The place was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable in a peaceful neighborhood. We felt safe throughout our stay even when returning late at night. Check-in/out instructions were clear and communicated well in advance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it to anybody visiting the Big Island!

Serenity Hale was an exceptional find! Everything that was stated in the description was accurate. The view is unparalleled! 40 mile vistas into the horizon or look down the coast towards Southpoint. The property was very quiet and secluded at the end of the neighborhood. We also enjoyed spending time with Mojo the dog. Jim let us run a load of laundry mid-week. We used the grill with the kitchen plates and utensils provided. Overall, a great place and great value.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It is perfect for a couple. The place is not large but extremely thoughtful in its layout and you do not feel cramped. It was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. I love this location -- it's very central and easy to get anywhere to need to go. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were so happy to have Pebble Beach just a 5 minute drive away. It felt like our own private beach! This stay was so nice and was filled with nature noises! I highly recommend staying here:)

As we were checking out, my husband commented that Jennifer's place is one of the most comfortable Airbnb's we've ever stayed in and is the most comfortable in Hawaii (and we come to Hawaii often!). Jennifer has thought of everything to make our stay easy, relaxing and comfortable. From lamps and lights in all the right places, to plenty of hooks in the bathroom. The large walk in shower is divine. But the best was having coffee, dinner, or just hanging on the lanai with it gorgeous view, surrounded by amazing flowering plants and fruit trees. Thank you too, Jennifer, for all the fresh fruit from your garden. The only warning I can give future guests is to NOT use Google Maps to find the place. Each time we put the address in, Google Maps tried to take us down the hill on a totally different road. Go by Jennifer's written instructions.

Stephanie’s place was a perfect base for crashing our first night on Hawaii. It was easy to get in and out and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds. It’s on a somewhat busy street, but the traffic died down at night. We’re looking forward to staying here again on our last night on the island!

We had a wonderful stay at James’s place! The home was clean, beautifully maintained, and located in a peaceful area that made it easy to relax and explore the Big Island. All clean, calm and quiet, we enjoyed the outdoor shower, it felt exotic to us, which was fun. Julianne was very helpful when our plans changed last minute on the day of arrival due to the weather conditions and arranged an early check-in. Would recommend ☺️

Beautiful place to stay! Ruth is a wonderful host! She gives clear instructions on how to get to the place, how to get inside and lots of recommendations for the area. The place was clean, kitchen area was perfect for our short stay, bathroom was spacious, bed was very comfortable - we slept so good! It was a short drive to the shopping areas and the beaches and other places to visit. Book Ruth's place!!

This was my first ever Airbnb experience and I must say, what a high standard Keoni's place set. Everything was clean, tidy and spotless. Had all the essentials needed for daily use but also had essentials to use at the beach. it's a cute little place that Keoni's has setup, with amazing morning and night views. waking up to sunny skies overlooking the ocean felt like waking up in paradise. As a host, Keoni was quick to respond and also accommodate any requests I had. Furthermore, the location is like a 8 min drive to the center of town so it was very convenient to get to restaurants, shops, beaches, etc. all in all, cannot recommend Keoni's place enough. When we come back to Big Island in future, I will not hesitate to stay at Keoni's. Mahalo 🤙

Brian was a great host — very responsive and accommodating. The pool is a shared space but still very nice and well-maintained.. My friend and I loved the aesthetic of the place — there were so many thoughtful details throughout, like chairs, towels, snorkel gear, and even great shower pressure. We’d definitely come again!!

We stayed at Kona Mountain Refuge for our one week honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing :) it’s nestled in what feels like a jungle bungalow and is so serene and peaceful. The location was perfect as we got to explore many different parts of the island such as Two Step, Volcano National Park, Hilo, Hapuna beach. The Airbnb is very clean and has all the amenities you could need. We enjoyed the kitchen and even the complimentary washer/dryer. The host provided all swimming equipment you could think of (beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels, towels, noodles)! Very thoughtful of them. They even sent us a detailed guide/list of recommendations which was so helpful in planning our itinerary. We had a car with low clearance and were able to park on top near the street, so parking was not an issue for us. We especially loved the friendly cat Papaya who I miss already! Would definitely return when we come back to the big island! Thank you for an amazing and memorable honeymoon stay :)

We had a great stay at Chris's place! He was very responsive and accommodating, the location was very convenient and the Airbnb is close to lots of restaurants/the city center. We'd definitely stay again for another trip to the Big Island.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I’m a former Kona resident and must say that the location is the best. Nice and cool, great views and easy access to activities. This was a dive trip and it was a quick drive to meet my boat each morning. The kitchen was perfect for eating at home. Great bed and lovely bathroom as well. I appreciated the WiFi as I had a bit of work to do during my stay. I look forward to returning soon!

Sheena’s studio is awesome, very spacious for 2 people and away from all the busyness. Everything was super comfortable, especially the bed, and best of all this place has all the small essentials you need for a great stay like laundry detergent, beach gear, and shower stuff. The kitchen was also super helpful as we were able to cook our meals and we had everything we needed there. Being higher up the place never got too hot and we slept very comfortably at night with the fans. Sheena was an amazing host, accommodating and friendly! Highly recommend this place for your trip to the big island.

The house was beautiful and very clean. The covered Lanai was amazing to eat breakfast on and admire the sweeping coastal view! Well stocked kitchen, lots of towels (regular and beach), your own washer/dryer, hair dryer, umbrellas, games, filtered water (no need to buy water), ice trays and packs! All things I appreciate in a place! Comfortable beds, very peaceful location. It's a bit heavy on the roosters even for HI, but it's to be expected! We stayed a week and a half and it was a great location on my favorite Rd in the area. It's cooler at the higher elevation and we didn't need to use the A/C. Lots of nice ceiling fans and windows for breezes. It's beautifully decorated and feels very comfortable. I would highly recommend!

This review is for 2 stays - a 3 day stay and ten an overnight to facilitate getting to the airport easily. A lovely, beautifully tiled space, well equipped kitchen, very friendly and accommodating host. Amazing garden with papaya and mango trees (and dozens of small lizards), Inna shouted us two exceptionally fresh papaya. Location is somewhat suburban but convenient to the big shopping centers in Kona and the chain of small beaches south of town. Best to exit on Loka street (light) if you are planning on turning left (south) as traffic in Kona is constant and the other left exit is uncontrolled (turning right easier but be patient). Recommend lunch at menehune coffee south of town.
