Four miles beyond us takes you to Eveline State Rec Area. The cabin is cozy- monitor heat or the warmth of late day sun through the southwest facing picture windows. Waterfront Apartment NEWLY REMODELED (Next door to the Seldovia Boardwalk Hotel) with 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and a queen murphy bed in the outer room. It offers a full kitchen, bathroom, dining area, a couple of sleeping mats for children, outdoor covered patio with seating and BBQ. This duplex property offers larger families a place to spread out and have a private relaxing time on the waterfront patio overlooking the boat harbor. This suite is located on the bottom floor.

High Bluff Guest Cottage

Small, sunny cottage is comfortable and self contained. It consists of a spacious entry way, a living room with kitchen corner, and a bed/bath room that features a built-in double bed and large shower. Open interior layout (no doors). Sleeps 2. A weekend or more at this peaceful and centrally-located place. We have our own hiking trail system as well as being next to a bike path that connects to miles more of trails. The view is spectacular from all windows. Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Small desk in bedroom. We have extra boots for going tide pooling, and an outdoor grill to use after catching your fresh fish. No carpets (allergens).
