Come and enjoy this beautiful ground floor lodge located at the Braassemermeer in Rijnsaterwoude. Wonderful wine with a view over the lake from the jacuzzi in the garden or are you going to paddle over the lake with the sunset? It is close to the dune and bulb region, but is also very central to number of cities. Amsterdam is 20 mins drive, including Haarlem and Leiden. Hubbel is the name of this double cube house, given by the architects' studio Floris van der Klei who have won the Building Holland Award 2010 for their design and execution. And for that reason, they were allowed to stand in Amsterdam's Vondelpark for six months. Now this Hubbel is in our backyard. Now built with a second cube on it. Everything that belongs in a house is present! This cottage ('aan' De Wetering) is located in Oude Wetering, a village between Leiden and Amsterdam.

A beautiful houseboat, on the Koppoel, with direct access to the Kaag. In the morning sun, you will enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the Koppoel. From the afternoon on, the sun comes into the garden where you can enjoy the space and several places in such a shade. This is a truly unique place on the water! Unfortunately not suitable for children without a swimming diploma. Indoor no smoking, no partying and having pets.
