We had a wonderful time at Igor's house. He and his wife were always by our side and were extremely friendly. The settlement is fenced and very quiet and you feel very safe. A car is required for all business and shopping. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean and well maintained. We can only recommend this place to anyone.

We were a total of 6 friends in the beautiful villa and are completely satisfied! You should be mobile there, but it was also important for us to be a little more remote and to be able to be a little louder. The landlady is super friendly and accommodating, she always responded quickly to various questions. The pool is much larger than we expected and we can't complain about anything. Thank you very much.

We had an amazing stay and the villa was fantastic. It was exactly like the pictures, well maintained with lots of space inside and especially out. Very private and peacefully located and felt like it was off the beaten track yet within 30mins drive of beautiful towns like Rovinj and Fazana and 15mins to supermarkets etc.

The accommodation is exactly as described and is exactly as shown in the photos – absolutely authentic! The villa is modern, very clean, well maintained and well equipped. We really lacked nothing and felt completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxing days. Darko and his brother Dragan were extremely courteous, helpful and likeable - a big thank you to both of them! We can recommend this home without restrictions.
