The apartment and the garden are even more beautiful than in the pictures. Great new bed in the bedroom, fly screens everywhere, quiet air conditioning and very well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is small, but that's known for its listing. The apartment is more spacious than the number of square meters suggests due to the open cut. The garden and pool (1.5m deep) are really very, very nicely landscaped and well maintained. Both are not visible from the landlords or neighbors. The whole stay was very private; you didn't have the pressure that the landlords live next door. As a welcome, there was a homemade soup and the fridge was also filled for the first day with basics like water, butter, etc.; thanks :) Everything was there. Overall, the apartment has earned 5 out of 5 stars!!! Those who like it quiet should not hesitate and book for long. It takes about 30-45 minutes by car to the most beautiful beaches. In general, there was a lot going on around Opatija...

In a quiet area but with plenty to do within walking distance. Good restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Close to the beach

Beautiful place! We relaxed so much and the host Silvana was wonderful, I hope I get to be even half as good host as her. The view is breathtaking and the apartment has everything you need (minus shower gel and shampoo) and a very big store is nearby so you can have everything. In the apartment I loved the filter coffee option and that we could prepare our own food. Thank you Silvana, we will bring a gift next time ❤️

We are thrilled with this accommodation and very sad to have to leave again⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The stay was far better than we could have imagined. The reception was very friendly and we were quickly briefed on the important things. Communication was always fast, helpful and smooth. The accommodation is superbly equipped and has many aesthetic details - you can see it was furnished with a lot of love. Everything was clean, had good quality and was really nice and practical. There was a nice private terrace outside to eat in the sun, and there were also many small unexpected touches that made you feel at home. By car you can easily visit all the surrounding places, not far away are beautiful restaurants, shopping and the beach. 🌴 The accommodation is simply super nice and the stay deserves more than 5 stars. We would come back again and again! Thank you 😊

We had a very pleasant stay at Manuela's place. The apartment is as described very extensive and modernly equipped and offers enough space for just 2 people. We would also like to emphasize the cleanliness, as this immediately struck us positively. All cleaning supplies were also available to maintain cleanliness during the stay. The terrace offers plenty of space and a nice wide view down to the bay and the sea. Our hosts were always available and very friendly, Manuela helped us with tips for the area as well as a parasol for the beach. We could even have arrived and departed before and after the specified check-in and check-out, which we found extremely accommodating. A car is definitely necessary for the way to the beach and into town, which could also be parked directly on the property. Very clear recommendation, we would come back anytime!

We needed a 1 night stay during our long trip. The place was a good choice. We have a dog and a cat, there’s a forest right near the house to walk the dog. Everything was totally fine

Sara is a very helpful and considerate host. The Apartment is just like in the pictures and upon arrival she will give you a list of things you can do in the area. Especially the food recommendations were awesome. Overall we would definitely recommend staying there!

Wow, what a wonderful place! A true hide-out, in a secluded location, but with a view to die for. Best place ever to enjoy your morning coffee...! Our host Claudia has created a very cool place, mixing modern designs with a very old and traditional house and surroundings. We definitely hope to be able to return soon!!
