Great place to stay. The host was very accommodating with all that requests. The place is the best in Dubai, on the Palm, pool and ocean are 50 meters apart.

We had a wonderful time at the villa at the Royal Residences. Ahmad was a fantastic host, answered all our questions and provided great suggestions. We villa was spotless, the staff at the resort were wonderful and we can’t wait to come back.

We celebrate Father's Day here and despite some mishap on the rate and check in communications, the place is really great! First of all, the apartment is really clean with thoughtful personal touches that will make your stay easy, convenient and felt right at home. The amenities, pool and private beach is great. Will go back there sometime soon!

Stayed in many apartments in the Marina and this one was by far the best, great access to Marina and JBR. Khadija's was an excellent host, super responsive and couldn't do enough for me. Would highly recommend.

This stay has been an absolute dream. The apartment is so nicely decorated, with ample storage and appliances, the best location in JBR in terms of access to both JBR, the beach, and the Marina. I felt at home! I particularly enjoyed the seating areas in the living room and balconies. At the Plaza level (one level up the street), you have access to a nice pool, gym, supermarkets, pharmacies, spas and salons, even a medical clinic. Incredibly convenient! Adriana is an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and helpful. Thanks to her guidance, my arrival and checkin was seamless, and she checked on me periodically to make sure my stay was going well. I am so thankful that Adriana shared this property on AirBnB and I am already looking forward to coming back, “inshallah”!

Easily found the house, everything was easy and fast at the reception. The apartment is large, bright, clean. There is everything in the description - I was pleased with water, tea, coffee and sweets! There were four or two adults/2 children, everyone was happy. The pool on the territory is large and clean, my husband went to the hall a couple of times, also satisfied. Great view, good value! We will definitely come back to you.

Very nice 1 bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina. Stunning marina view from the living room and the small balcony in the bedroom. Very easy check in, the staff of the building are very friendly. Highly recommended!

The host, Anna, and her representative, Adeel, were incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay. Adeel, in particular, was always just a message away—any request we had was promptly addressed, making our stay smooth and stress-free. The house itself was beautifully located and thoughtfully equipped with everything a family could need. All appliances were in perfect working condition, and the space was both comfortable and welcoming. Our child especially loved the stay—thanks to the proximity to the beach and the availability of kids' activities nearby. The convenience of having grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and even online food and grocery delivery services all within walking distance made our trip even more enjoyable. This place truly offers a perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. We strongly recommend it

Thank you so much for the lovely apartment. 3 adults and two children 9 and 3 years old had a great rest. There were enough sleeping places for everyone. There is everything you need to cook in the kitchen. We used everyone, everything worked. There were enough dishes for 5 people, but for a variety you can add cutlery and glasses. Large refrigerator. At the request, we replaced the kettle and added an additional dryer for linen. The location is the best on the Marina. Follow the escalator down and immediately get on the ring in front of the beach. There are several swimming pools in the residential complex. One early from 6:30 am and there is evening until 09:00 pm. Overlooking the beach. Great gym, there is a separate time to visit women. A supermarket is just a stone's throw away with everything you need. Thank you very much Zhanara, everything was done from her side with 5 stars.
