Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Jumeirah Village Circle

This apartment is in a really great spot right in my favorite neighborhood of Dubai. If you’re looking for a place where you feel like you’re truly at home, this is the one. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The apartment was spotless and beautifully arranged. You can feel that Kristine put a lot of heart and effort into it. Total woo vibes! Kristine herself was wonderful super responsive, warm, and everything you would hope for in a host. Thank you for hosting me! I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely choose this place again the next time I travel to Dubai. Wishing you all the best and more happy guests ahead.

I loved staying at this beautiful apartment, the grounds are stunning as is the apartment. Perfect size! Hosts were brilliant, so friendly and helpful when checking in and out. Will definitely be returning and would recommend:)

Wissem's place is incredible, from the start to finish the guys looking after Wissem's place were so helpful in every manner. Right when you arrive to the building someone is there to great you and help you with bags to the unit and show you around explain everything. When we need anything they would respond almost right away from Netflix not working simple message and 2 mins later working to having a microwave missing within 1 hour a brand new microwave at our door. A huge thanks to Daniel and suleman which are super guys. The location is unreal for the balcony the view is stunning of the Famous Burj Khalifa only 5-8 min walk to Dubai mall parking spot easy to navigate. the pool is fantastic the gym super I cant say enough good things about Wessim place I will 100 % bring my family back to this unit as it just felt like home and we stayed for 3 weeks from April 28-may 16th I want to say a huge thanks to all of them for making this stay as comfortable as possible!!

Lovely place to stay in Downtown with Burj khalifa view. The apartment is well furnished and well maintained (with complete amenities including washing machine, iron board, hair dryer, water kettle, etc). We are a family of 5 with 2 kids. We were very comfortable with 2 Bedrooms with 5 beds. The society has a beautiful pool and we enjoyed swimming with a view of Burj Khalifa. Carla was super helpful and very responsive. She also left a booklet in the apartment with a lot of information about the place like way to the mall, restaurants, food and grocery ordering, etc. Overall great experience and would love to come back and stay here.

Excellent place to stay

This apartment exceeded all my expectations! The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, and I genuinely loved spending time there — the atmosphere feels so clean, cozy, and inviting. The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable and has such a pleasant vibe; it truly felt like a home away from home. I really appreciated that, since I stayed a bit longer, the hosts kindly offered me a complimentary cleaning — such a thoughtful touch! The communication was wonderful and the people behind this place are genuinely kind and attentive. Out of all the apartments I’ve ever stayed in through Airbnb, this one is truly number one for me. I loved it so much that I have already booked it again for my next stay. To be continued…! A huge thank you to the owners for making my stay so special!

Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.

We stayed in the villa as a family and had an absolutely amazing time. The property exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than the photos and description suggest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jawad was incredibly welcoming and waited for us despite our late arrival, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and the garden is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained — a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Maria’s cozy home was exactly what we were looking for. The space was nice and felt lived in—in the warmest way possible. All the furnishings were new and updated but the warm feel and energy of the space made us feel right at home. The shaded garden with cute little kitties stopping by was sweet and entertained our pups. Walking to the gym in the mornings, just a few minutes from the villa was actually the main attraction for us. It was a nice stroll away and a great way to start the day. Anytime we needed anything, Maria responded positively and promptly. Was a great experience and we were happy to be the first guests here. Our next Airbnb has big shoes to fill!

It was a fantastic stay. The place very clean and nicely appointed. Had everything I needed and host was very attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for my stay and walkable to supermarkets restaurants and other services.

Everything was great and we didn't miss anything. Just the bathroom and some amenities of the apartment already remember something, but that didn't spoil our impression. We were very satisfied, cleanliness is our priority, and it met our requirements. After arriving at the listing, it was clean and scented. Recommended.

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.

We had one of the best views of the Burj Khalifa – truly breathtaking. I booked the place for my birthday, and they went the extra mile with a lovely decoration setup, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff, especially Joyce, April, and the owner herself, were incredibly responsive and attentive throughout. Thank you for making my birthday so special. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!
