Loved our stay. Plenty of room for a couple. Nice shared rooftop. There was a bit of street noise, but nothing we couldn't drown out with a fan. Good location. Easy check in and communication. They let us keep our bags for a few extra hours after check out, which was super helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The stay met all our expectations—the place was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. The only hiccup was finding the property, as the listed address initially led us to a nearby dental office. Once we figured it out, everything went great! Very cozy and modern. I especially liked the big window view.

Je suis très heureux d’avoir réservé ce logement. Nous étions 2 couples et avions chacun notre intimité. Grand cuisine fonctionnelle. Le petit balcon est charmant. Francisco et son équipe sont proactif. La localisation est pratique, non loin d’attraction importante et dans un quartier sécuritaire. Les portiers à l’entrée sont vraiment agréable.

Scarlet’s apartment made it hard to return to “normal life.” A dreamy blend of garden, treehouse, and modern glass box, this space was the perfect home base for our CDMX vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe and welcomed. The building has fantastic 24/7 security — always warm, smiling, and ready to help. You enter through a stunning, Asian-inspired courtyard framed by towering brutalist facades, and take a private elevator straight to the apartment. Tucked on a quiet street in Condesa, the apartment is just a short walk to Parque Espana and countless excellent shops, cafés, and restaurants — or a quick, affordable Uber to the busier boutique strips. Inside, the space is spotless, well air-conditioned, and incredibly comfortable. Stay with Scarlet. You won’t regret it.

Great airbnb in an excellent location. Peaceful area and easy access to main roads, metro, etc. Airbnb is well furnished and felt cozy. Always looked forward to returning after a long day exploring CDMX. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

En general el alojamiento cumplió con lo que decía el anuncio. Los anfitriones siempre estuvieron al pendientes de nosotros para cualquier cosa y fueron muy amables con la comunicación, mucha seguridad y tranquilo el departamento, súper recomendando.

El departamento era muy comodo y limpio. Esta en una muy buena locacion con muchas cafes y restaurantes cerca.

This was our first time in Mexico City and we absolutely loved our stay at Fabianas. The apartment is lovely and the location is perfect. Plus, Fabiana shared us lots of local recommendations which was really helpful! 10\10 would recommend - thank you 😊

We loved staying at Michel's place. It's close to the big park and walkable to Roma Norte and Condesa as well. There are a few convenience stores (and even a bunch of Korean ones) near by so we were able to buy water, dumplings, kimchi, and a few veggies to eat balanced meals at home. We enjoyed having 2 desks/office chairs available so we could work from home while visiting CDMX. We also liked how there was a doorman and laundry + detergent available. A couple things to note for future guests: We had to buy papertowels, soap, and conditioner, as those items are NOT provided. Also, you have to ask the doorman for toilet paper when you run out because it the Airbnb initially only provides the minimum (1 roll per bathroom). The elevator was not working the duration of our stay (1 week) and the unit is 4 floors up. The Airbnb was on a quiet street and check in/out was very easy!

La semana pasada la pasamos en Casa Oliva y nuestra experiencia fue inolvidable! Como mujeres jóvenes nos sentimos cómodas y seguras attravez de nuestro viaje entero. El área de Roma Norte está llena de parques, comida rica, barritas, cafés y gente muy amable. La seguridad 24/7 en Casa Oliva nos hizo sentir comodidad a todas horas del día. Los guardias de seguridad fueron muy amables! Pudimos lavar nuestra ropa en las lavadoras complementarias y disfrutamos de el balcóncito común. No podemos recomendarlo suficiente!

We had a great stay at Carlos. Would definitely recommend. The view from the appartement is great. You can easily walk to many restaurants and you have a bank a few meters away. The doorman was friendly and made us feel very safe in the building. The AC was definitely a plus because the apartment gets a lot of sun. The location was also quite central to explore Mexico City. Also, we really appreciated having the reverse osmosis device in the kitchen which allowed to have safe drinkable water. Also the communication with Carlos was quite easy and shared a list of recommendations.

Sam was amazing! Great communication and very helpful. The property was beautiful and I felt right at home. It was centrally located, the price was fair, and I had everything I needed including drinking water! 10/10 would stay here again! 5 star host and property, thank you again!

I will definitely choose the same place the next time I come to Mexico city. Everything is perfect. Gracias.

Great place for the value. We liked the neighborhood and thought it was quiet and safe and off the busier roads yet such a short walk to all the coolest and trendiest spots in Roma Norte. The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator FYI if you have kids, etc. and is very safe getting in and out. We loved it here.

My girlfriend and I loved staying here. The space was comfortable and beautiful, the location was perfect for so many of the things we did on our trip, and the host was extremely communicative whenever we had questions or concerns. Would recommend to anyone!

El lugar está limpio las escaleras están complicadas para personas mayores o con dificultad para caminar, los muebles y el piso sería bueno darle una reforma están algo viejos, el personal de trabajo muy amable y atentos. El jacuzzi no funciona bien y uno de los lavabos está averiado. Pero en general está bien y la ubicación es muy buena

It is a lovely apartment in a very central location where you can walk to many site seeing places. What I liked the most it’s that the monument is in front and at night the view is amazing. I would recommend staying here.

I had a great stay at Ricardo's place in Polanco! Its location on Avenida Presidente Masaryk meant that it was extremely walkable and close to all of the main restaurants, parks, and shopping in Polanco. The daily housekeeping was a welcome surprise, and the rooftop patio and gym were great additions to the stay. Ricardo was also extremely accommodating when there was some construction noise in my original apartment and was able to move me to a quieter unit the same day.
