Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Juárez

Gabriel was attentive, excellent communication and was always available when needed. Our unit was just the right size for us. Bed was comfortable as well as the sleep sofa. I appreciated all the hangers and iron. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Everything was excellent. The place is as shown in the photos: modern, very clean, with good privacy and fast wifi. It has security at the entrance, which gives peace of mind. The area is quiet and safe, and is well connected to public transport. It's about 15 minutes from the Autodromo and the GNP Stadium, so it's ideal if you're going to an event. The host was very attentive and gave us good recommendations. Definitely a very good option to stay in this area.

Great location to explore the city.

The apartment is nice, very clean and tidy. Cecilia was very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, which allowed us to do the activities we had planned on the day. There are shops and fruit shop nearby in case you decide to cook. In the bathroom you have to leave the tapado drain because if it does not smell ugly, but while it covers everything well. It is on the third floor, so if you go with someone who has difficulty climbing stairs it would be something to consider. Overall an excellent service.

The apartment is very good, just as it appears in the photos, very nice and in a good place. Angel whenever I wrote to ask him something, he answered me immediately, I needed a fan because it was very hot not to have air conditioning and immediately sent me two fans.

The place matches the photos. It's very simple but nice and fulfills the function of having a good rest. Mr. Sergio was extremely friendly and helped me with my questions.

This is a great part of CDMX - culturally there are many things to explore. Pepe shared a lot of information and it was amazing to learn so much just from talking with him. Though a short stay, I appreciated their flexibility with BOTH check-in/check-out. They are very close to many restaurantes, fast food, convenience stores and cafes for all budgets. There is much to see and do in the area - walking through the streets of Coyoacan is very enjoyable - lots of small alleys almost like a labyrinth at times - AND no noise from the airplanes that are typical in MANY parts of CDMX. It rained the 2 days I was there so I did not get to benefit from the lovely terraces and rooftop views. But that would be an additional bonus to enjoy. Thanks so very much, Fer & Pepe!!

My stay at this house was excellent. From the beginning, my host was very communicative and always attentive to any questions or needs. The house was in perfect condition, impeccably clean and with all the details taken care of. In addition, it is a very cozy space, ideal for resting and feeling at home. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again in the future.

We cannot express our gratitude enough to Karla and Fernando. We spent 100 days at this gorgeous house and every single day we feel like home. The house is spacious and super functional: a yard to chill, a cinema to entertain, two bedrooms with comfortable beddings, and a studio designed perfectly for digital nomads. Karla and Fer think of things ahead: they are perfectionists who just never let any details slip away. They also are very attentive and responsive. Actually, we expected our second child at this moment. While the mom was hospitalized, Karla and Fer took great care of our toddler daughter so that we could focus on receiving our newborn. They were funny, considerate, and overall, just kindness. They’ve given insights of the city and country to help us better integrated into the society. They are truly like big brother and sister to us. I could write on and on but there is a word limits. Therefore, please show no hesitation in reserving this property if it’s available

I felt, at home. The building is very safe, only the tenants can enter. And I had all cleaning supplies. Washing machine, for ironing, hair dryers, and for cooking had everything, pans, pots, species, crockery, wine glasses. Internet, Cablevisión. No one can enter and climb the building only the tenants because they have keys and security cards, in the lobby a lot of surveillance who enters and who leaves 24 hours. Y è sobre Av. Paseo de Reforma. A spectacular view. Highly recommended

Great place to stay with a perfect host. Excellent water pressure and never ending hot water. High quality towels and linens. Stocked kitchen complete with cooktop and oven. I washed laundry every night. IZZY TV complete with Fox News Channel. Fast internet. Super clean room and building. Building has pool and other amenities I didn't use this trip but might next time. Bed slept great and plenty of closet and bathroom/mirror space. Building entry/exit super easy. Building security always present and super friendly. Entry into elevators is key card controlled....you get your own card. Security team knew me on the second day. Nice view of the area from the room and a view of the other direction from the entry walkway. Great rental.

Pamela’s apartment allowed us to have a great stay in CDMX. We were able to explore the Coyoacan neighborhood and easily take transit to Central CDMX, Roma, and La Condesa. After a hot day of exploring the city it was nice to have the option of cooling off in the pool or with the breeze of an outdoor space. Pamela was very responsive to communication if we had any needs or concerns. The apartment and public spaces were clean and modern. Our family felt very comfortable and safe coming home to the apartment each night. The living room and twin room windows open to the courtyard so it was hard to maintain privacy when we needed the windows and curtains open for air flow. The building had amenities listed but we couldn’t figure out how to access the cinema, children’s room, and how to join fitness classes. It is hard to lock the front door. The bathroom had a funky smell but we just kept the door closed. Great communication. Overall we had a great sta
