We had such a great time staying at this villa. The place was even more beautiful than the photos, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed. The outdoor area was our favorite part. The pool, lounging in the sun and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It felt super private and safe, which made the experience even better. The host was fantastic, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. They gave us some great local recommendations that made the trip even more special. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful escape!!

10/10 - Perfect Stay in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic! I absolutely loved my stay at this house in Boca Chica. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was very clean, the pool was excellent, and the whole environment was just what I needed. Communication with the owner was super easy, and everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and welcoming. I truly give it a 10 out of 10 - 1 would definitely stay here again!

Alexandra's house was exactly what I was looking. I was big and beautiful. Me and my big family had a lot of space to fit us all comfortably. we barbecued, swim in the clean pool and played basketball, yes there is a basketball court there. We made a lot of memories in that house and we all want to come back there and do it again. We all look forward to booking that place again in the near future. I can't say enough nice things about the house. oh, and Alexandra was very responsive when I had a few questions.

We had a wonderful stay at Nelly’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Nelly was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. She made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us great local recommendations. The space felt like a home away from home, and we truly appreciated the little touches that made our stay extra special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Nelly as a host!

Great place to stay, very quiet and clean

Excellent stay! The Villa was exactly as it appeared in photos. It is nice and quite, with privacy on the back pool area. House was clean and well kept. We absolutely loved host Sarah! She is very kind and welcoming, we wanted to take her home with us! I will always stay here when visiting Boca Chica.

the first time I went to Jose and Martina's villa was amazing but now with all the updates is even more beautiful 😍 This time I took Martina's recommendation to have Maribel help us out with the cooking and it was the best decision I ever made, she was extremely kind and helpful with all of our needs.

Absolute Paradise! This villa was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and the beautiful pool was a few steps from the backdoor patio. Mornings started with a walk to grab coffee, then either a beach day or just floating in the pool—pure perfection. Absolute Paradise! Inside, the villa was just nice—beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the living space was perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—safe, quiet, and so walkable. Great restaurants with amazing views, cute coffee shops, and convenience shops were all nearby. The beach was just a short stroll away, making every day feel effortless. Everyone was super friendly, always smiling and saying hello as we walked by. Already missing this place and can’t wait to come back!

We had the most incredible family vacation and it was all done to Nairobi and her wonderful husband’s hospitality and care. The home is incredible and more impressive in person with the most incredible outdoor private pool , waterfall feature and jacuzzi. We loved our time here and felt secure and so peaceful. Very comfortable place, great location, quiet place to enjoy as a family, super friendly host, helpful and very attentive.

This is a very quite villa so if you are looking for a piece of mind this is the place to be. But you need to know that the person who books the Airbnb is the only person who has access to the resort pool and beach area only!! if you would like to order food and go to the cafe you must pay for a day pass and if you have kids they will cost $40 each end anyone 13 years or older will be $70. The resort staff will constantly remind you of the rule and it will seem repetitive. Also you will need a car to get back and forth to the beach because you can not walk there. The distance is too far because the original access route has been cut off by construction.

I was there for 21 days with my family and we loved everything. The house and the pool are in perfect condition and Mr. Joel is very attentive and kind.

I rented the place for my family and myself as part of my birthday celebration. I now live in the Dominican Republic (Santo Domingo) and my family traveled from the United States for my 6 day celebration. We rented the villa for one day, but wish we had rented it for longer. I was very happy with the property. Upon arrival, we had to go through a security checkpoint for the gated community. I felt very safe upon arrival. We got to the property and my driver was able to easily access the property from the check in information provided by the host. We walked inside and the place was gorgeous. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds to accommodate us all. The kitchen had everything that my chief needed to prepare our meals. The outdoor space was very nice and peaceful. The pool was sparkling clean and we had no issues at all. Let me know forget to mention the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place! it’s perfect for large groups and you will not be disappointed.
