Excellent stay! The Villa was exactly as it appeared in photos. It is nice and quite, with privacy on the back pool area. House was clean and well kept. We absolutely loved host Sarah! She is very kind and welcoming, we wanted to take her home with us! I will always stay here when visiting Boca Chica.

10/10 - Perfect Stay in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic! I absolutely loved my stay at this house in Boca Chica. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was very clean, the pool was excellent, and the whole environment was just what I needed. Communication with the owner was super easy, and everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and welcoming. I truly give it a 10 out of 10 - 1 would definitely stay here again!

We were a bit skeptical at first since the Airbnb didn’t have many reviews, but we quickly realized it’s only because it’s new. We’re so glad we took the chance everything was exactly as described and absolutely beautiful. The space was clean, stylish, and comfortable, and we had an amazing time throughout our stay. Highly recommend to anyone considering it! I also recommend going to Bayahibe which is a bit further out but stunning! 5 star will definitely be back soon!

Felipa’s place was perfect for my family’s stay in San Pedro! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The home is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Two of the bedrooms feature air conditioning, which made it easy to relax during warmer nights. The kitchen is well-stocked with essentials, and we appreciated having all the tools needed for meal prep. My wife grew up in the neighborhood, so staying here felt nostalgic and special. The location is ideal—walkable to great spots like Loren Di Pasta, where the pizza & pasta was amazing, and 787 Bar and Lounge, which has a fun atmosphere. For groceries, El Jumbo is just a 5-minute drive away, making restocking effortless. Special mention to Ana Maria, the house manager, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She made sure our stay went smoothly and even shared some tips that made our trip even better. Overall, Felipa’s home offered comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend!

Alexandra's house was exactly what I was looking. I was big and beautiful. Me and my big family had a lot of space to fit us all comfortably. we barbecued, swim in the clean pool and played basketball, yes there is a basketball court there. We made a lot of memories in that house and we all want to come back there and do it again. We all look forward to booking that place again in the near future. I can't say enough nice things about the house. oh, and Alexandra was very responsive when I had a few questions.

Absolute Paradise! This villa was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and the beautiful pool was a few steps from the backdoor patio. Mornings started with a walk to grab coffee, then either a beach day or just floating in the pool—pure perfection. Absolute Paradise! Inside, the villa was just nice—beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the living space was perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—safe, quiet, and so walkable. Great restaurants with amazing views, cute coffee shops, and convenience shops were all nearby. The beach was just a short stroll away, making every day feel effortless. Everyone was super friendly, always smiling and saying hello as we walked by. Already missing this place and can’t wait to come back!

We had such a great time staying at this villa. The place was even more beautiful than the photos, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed. The outdoor area was our favorite part. The pool, lounging in the sun and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It felt super private and safe, which made the experience even better. The host was fantastic, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. They gave us some great local recommendations that made the trip even more special. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful escape!!

Place was really nice. There was on Ground Support if you needed anything and they’re not in your face, you get all your privacy.

This Airbnb was impeccable! The linens were fresh, the bathroom and kitchen were pristine, and everything was well maintained. The host was responsive, and check in was smooth.
