I loved the place, much better than the photos. The cleanliness, the details, everything was perfect! Ysancis is a super host, super friendly, I would rent it again every time I return to the Dominican Republic! I loved it 10/10

Everything about our stay was perfect! From the very beginning, communication was excellent and continued throughout our stay. Maria and her son took very good care of us. The condo was well equipped, clean, beautiful and organized. Furniture was quality and comfortable. The view from the veranda was amazing (it’s where we spent a lot of time.). Very nice linens and towels. Bed was comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our month long stay in this paradise and found ourselves very relaxed in this little slice of heaven. We will return!

Beautiful place, we'll definitely be back

This place was beautiful—spotlessly clean with an incredible view! The beach is lovely and secluded, giving the whole area a peaceful, private feel. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax. One thing to note is that there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to include some blankets. But honestly, that’s a small detail—overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Sergio was a wonderful host, always ready to answer any questions kindly and promptly. The apartment was very spacious and well put together, with an amazing sea view. It was also very well equipped, true to the description of the website, with everything to make one's stay comfortable available.

Junior’s place was amazing! Super clean, comfortable, and the view of the beach was incredible. It was the perfect spot to relax. Junior was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay; it was the perfect break! The amazing beach was right in front, and the building felt super safe and clean. The gym was outstanding, and the concierge service was great. We wish we could have stayed longer. Our host was amazing and responsible, and the bathrooms were great and clean.

La relación calidad-precio es muy satisfactoria. Se trata de un apartaestudio de dimensiones reducidas, pero acogedor. Cuenta con una cocina y sala de diseño moderno. La habitación dispone de una cama sumamente cómoda y un aire acondicionado completamente nuevo. El baño también es moderno y ofrece agua caliente en su totalidad.

I had a nice stay at Andres place. It was a great time to unwind and just relax. The place was just as the pictures described. Everything was clean and beautiful. I’ll definitely come back again.

Great value, beautiful view from the pool. Beach access is very rocky at the home but we walked about half a mile and all was great. Only recommendation is to turn the air on immediately upon arrival and make sure they don’t go off. Will be back soon!

this place met my expectations and beyond. the apartment is private and very well kept, clean and beautiful. has everything you need. The building is right on the beach with family oriented surroundings, near very good restaurants and golf course, it even has a very good supermarket in the community. I'm a very hard to please client and this place definitely met my spectations and more. recommend 100%

Excelente estancia, nos encantó el lugar.

The condo was excellent with a perfect view of the pool, beach and ocean from the balcony. The balcony was our most used part of the condo with excellent shade and a nice cool breeze. Air conditioning worked flawlessly as well as the appliances. Small grocery store easily within walking distance as well as a few trips into San Pedro for monthly supples kept the kitchen well stocked with food and bottled water. Overall the month long stay was quite wonderful and we will definitely return.
