Holiday rentals with a sauna in Johor Bahru

We had an amazing and comfortable stay especially with all amenities and facilities that were conveniently available. The unit had been tastefully and thoughtfully designed for daily accomodation with sufficient toilet rolls, clothes hangers and towels provided. Pool was great and there was a steam and sauna room at the building. Other than a musty smell in one of the bedrooms, check-in was smooth and we had a pleasant stay. Will definitely be back!

The host was very responsive when I had difficulty opening the door , he drove all The was from Singapore to assist me . He was friendly and kind . Ad for the place was lovely . One of the best BnB places I’ve stayed in RnF . I would have extended my stay but it was fully booked already .

My family loved the place. The kids especially liked playing with the toys provided. They even asked to be woken up earlier so that they have more time to play! We hope to have a chance to return and stay again.

Great location! The floor the unit is on was super convenient, with access to the pool, gym, and a sky bridge that connects the residential tower directly to the mall. It's also just a 5-min drive or 15-min walk to JB Sentral, which made crossing to Singapore super convenient. There's even another sky bridge from the station to the mall where the unit is located in—no need to go to street level. The crossing itself is a bit of a trek (2–3 hours depending on the time), especially returning to Malaysia due to visa checks—even with a US passport, I got stopped each time. Not the Airbnb's fault, just something to be aware of if you're planning multiple crossings. That said, the unit was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic spot with lots of food and shopping nearby. I really enjoyed my stay! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had a very cozy, welcoming feel. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the attention to detail in every room. It felt like a true home away from home, and we’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Looking forward to coming back again!

Peaceful and clean apartment. Feels like home. Would definitely go back again.

The apartment is clean and has such an incredible view of the landed houses, esp at night. The highway can get noisy but you can easily close the sliding doors and it will keep the noise out. If you have 2 small families thinking of bunking in together – this place is perfect for you. The 2 bedrooms are large enough for 2 people and 1 or 2 kids. There is one single bedroom for an adult or a teenager. The living and dining room is spacious and can fit all of mentioned families for dinner. The apartment is entirely separate from neighbours, its the corner unit– near to the lift and to your allocated parking. You may not bump into any neighbours during your stay. Aeon and Lotus are right around the corner. If you were driving, you may need to get used to the carpark orientation and slopes are narrow so pls drive slowly. Carpark is well lit and quiet. The host connects with you right after booking with contact and check-in/out information. They are friendly and nice and helpful.

My second time stayed at En Azrie’s unit. Truly comfy, clean, & convenient. I love it here in Medini Resident itself because it’s convenient for me to drive in & out to Singapore as it’s nearby the Tuas Checkpoint. In fact, En Azrie did an upgrade to his unit utensils in compared to what we have seen from our stayed last year. For those who with elderly or whom on wheelchair I highly recommend to go down to the basement parking lot more friendly accessible ☺️ Definitely a recommended stays which my family and I will surely booked again for any Singapore trip 😅

Beautiful and great stay! Despite having abit of trouble getting into the house due to the qr code and also netflix unable to see, the owner responded well and also rectified it well! Really like the decor of the house and the aesthetics. Will definely stay again if i want to visit paradigm longer

House was really clean, feet feels great on the floor. Different facilities to engage both young and old in the house. A lot of space to hang out and chill. Comfortable sleep. Has everything needed, including slippers to hangout at the outdoor area. Host was warm and welcoming, sending clear instructions for check in and recommendations of places to go. The host is extremely nice and pro-active, even messaging me on the day itself that the house is ready early and I can check in early if I wish, though I didn't request for it. On my last day, as it takes time to call grab for the large group, host was kind and understanding when I asked for 15mins extra time during check out. House is big enough to house a big group and has sufficient toilets. Still feels spacious even with 14 of us.

The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.
