Dina’s place was amazing. It was large enough to accommodate our family of 8 adults 2 kids, and the driveway in the compound is large enough to park 2 cars. The amenities in the house were great, TV and Internet works well and the swimming pool was nice good size for the kids to enjoy. Overall a private, safe, quiet estate with security guards on duty. Dina is also very responsive and generous - we had a whole complimentary cake waiting for us! Overall great stay. Will recommend.

Great place if you are looking for a cosy house in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to amenities such as KSL etc.

This house is super safe as its the first house of the Taman and right in front of the security post. Which is gated and guarded 24x7. Your car is parked withing the compound literally right under your noses!! Not at a carpark 30-100m away. The house itself is clean and has a simple renovation, emphasizing on "spaciness". Able to accommodate up to 12 adults. Wifi and modern entertainment like netflix are readily available. Located in a peaceful neighborhood and serene environment, away from busy streets and city noise. Children will enjoy the space at the corner. Big enough to run around. We also chit chat at the gazebo over coffee and enjoy the outdoor and sunset. Besides this, no problem in getting to popular places like IKEA, Aeon Tebrau, Toppen and Austin Heights area for abundance of foodies!! Will definitely return and stay here in the near future. Super host level! He is not just responsive but will try to fulfill all our needs and help us with even the smallest request. The location is also near to a lot of places to eat. The property is so cozy, clean and huge too. If there is a 6 ⭐️ grading system. We would have graded him that. Will definitely come back.

Very professional hosts with prompt reply. The house is quiet yet connected to many malls and eateries. Very comfortable and clean, house looks new. The baby chair and baby toys is a added bonus. Host provided disposable ear plugs, toothbrushes, towels. Will suggest to not open any windows as there might be mosquitoes. Overall a very nice stay, would return.

Place is clean and nice. I smelled cigaratte smell from karoke room the moment I entered the house and we could not use it the first night - air it the whole night by keeping door open. The owner denied there is smell but there is. Other than that, everything is ok. Thanks! Would be good to have a welcome booklet with where everything is e.g. wifi, laundry powder so we dont have to keep message or keep checking phone. This is something I found in most other airbnbs.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The place is superb—spotlessly clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The host was extremely considerate and warm-hearted, thoughtfully providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was prompt and helpful, with great suggestions for local food (makan) spots and nearby recreational activities. The house itself is huge and perfect for families or groups. We really enjoyed the wide range of facilities, including a basketball court, badminton court, ping pong table, and pool table. There were also plenty of board games, making it ideal for family bonding and group gatherings. Highly recommended—we would love to return!

I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. quiet enough to relax after a long day. Great view of the sea, never expect the view was great. Big balcony. Lv 32. Tricky in finding the block, as most of the security guard cannot speak English or BM. Busy area as construction was going on. Even though we driving, but we took grab to move around, as no Halal or fast food restaurants at R&F Princess cove. (Sorry if there is, as I cannot locate any fast food chains during my stay there.) There 711, Jaya Grocer and Mama Shops for you to buy your essential items. Overall what Mr Teo advertised on his Air BNB 💯 % accurate.

This place is clean and location wise is very central, near KSL and Pelangi Plaza. About 5 minutes drive away from JB immigration. The large sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable and can accommodate few persons sit around and chit chat. The facilities were great and we had fun at the Karaoke.

Happy staycation with my family at Yen Fook's Airbnb. Grabbing around is super convenient. Host was responsive and friendly too.

This is our 3rd stay here and it was always comfortable for our family. Location is very close to Southkey mall and quite many food options just around the condo. Check in was easy and straightforward. Beds were comfy, sheets were clean. Toilets were clean and disposable toothbrush were provided. Decent size pool and gym for the condo facilities.

It was a very good stay, my family and I enjoyed the circus themed stay, we also took a lot of beautiful pictures. Not only was the host responsive but also recommended nearby restaurants for us. They also provided snacks for kids, which was very thoughtful of them. The customer service is very responsive and polite. Overall it was worth the money and a good stay.

It's a comfortable home. There's a simple dryer, so it's easy to dry your laundry. It would be more perfect if there was a water purifier or a water purification filter, and there were some insects like ants, but the host resolved it immediately, and I think insects are unavoidable in tropical regions.

My family enjoyed staying there. The place is clean and have a nice scenery at a high floor. Host is friendly, responsive and gave clear instructions.

“Great stay, my family loved it!” Stayed at Jonathan’s place with the fam — the house was super comfy, clean, and looked exactly like the photos. The area was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a short getaway from the busy city life. My kids enjoyed chilling in the living room watching Netflix, which was a nice touch. stayed here for 2 nights. house is clean, as shown in pictures. check in was a breeze. location is great! just within the many great restaurants/eateries in eco botanic. jaya grocer is very near as well. about 8mins drive to Legoland. will def come back for our next visit.
