House holiday rentals in Johnson City

We flew in from Oklahoma for our son’s wedding. We had enough space for everyone to have their own space as well as 2 patios to relax and enjoy. Host never bothered us, she even accommodated the parking for my elderly mother. Sunrises on the front patio were amazing. Evening’s on the back patio was awesome. She had all the amenities we needed for our 14 month old grandson so we didn’t have to travel with it. Will keep in mind for our next trip out here.

The house was perfect for our family! Twelve of us were very comfortable there. The house was neat, clean & well equipped with everything that you could need. The property is beautiful… the kids loved the pool & playing in the yard! The hosts were great & responded quickly. We had a fantastic visit & would definitely stay here again!

This home was absolutely perfect! Nestled in the forest of Binghamton, New York, it felt like a peaceful retreat while still offering all the modern comforts. The design of the house is stunning-clean, stylish, and thoughtfully laid out. Huge windows let in tons of natural light and beautiful views of the surrounding trees. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, from the cozy bedrooms to the sleek kitchen. It was the perfect mix of luxury and nature. What truly made our stay special was the kindness and responsiveness of the host. Salamon was incredibly welcoming and communicated everything clearly from start to finish, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell he really cares about his guests. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our next visit. Highly recommend!

Neko was fantastic as a hostess! She was clear, communicative, considerate and kind! The house was everything I needed while waiting for my new lease to start. Just a peaceful easy break from the nightmares of moving! Clean too!

Our stay couldn’t have been any better! Margaret was super nice and responsive!! We had a wonderful time hosting my daughter and her college friends to celebrate their graduation. If families are looking for a relaxing place to stay for future graduation weekends, I would highly recommend!!

Joan and Leo are great hosts. The home and property are beautiful. Home is very spacious and unique. We had such a good time sitting out by the pool, walking the local trails, and just being able to spend quality time together as a family. All the books were fun to look at and read some. All the art work in the home inspired us to leave some of our own art for Joan and Leo.

Very nice place, close to the bike trails in Pennsylvania. Very quiet. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen area well equipped. The living area was very relaxing. Thanks to Jules for letting me in her cottage!

The place was just as described. Charming older home in a quiet neighborhood. Inviting enclosed front porch and a small sitting area in the back. We had an issue with the heating and Joy replied to my message within 10 min and had someone over to look at it within the hour. Despite the inconvenience, we felt right at home. We’ll be back!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. When we asked if there happened to be a baby gate at the house, he surprised us by shipping one right away. When it showed up broken, he immediately sent a replacement without hesitation. We also accidentally got locked out, and he called us within minutes to walk us through getting back in, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, well-stocked, and worked perfectly for our big group. If you are planning to cook for a large family, we recommend bringing a few bigger pots, since the cookware provided is better suited for smaller meals. The yard was peaceful and great for kids to explore and play. We visited in early June, and while the outdoor space was beautiful, the mosquitos were intense, so definitely pack bug spray. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful family trip and truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The house was very clean, warm, and welcoming, and it had everything we needed and more—it was so well stocked! There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, and the lake was absolutely gorgeous—such a peaceful and scenic spot. You can tell a lot of care was put into making this a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. I would say pay attention to the instructions because one of our family members did get lost but that was totally our fault. Highly recommend!

Theresa was a wonderful host with lots of communication. The house was perfect for our family who were visiting for my son’s graduation. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house had plenty of space. It was nice to be able to have some down time and relax together in between the ceremony and dinner. The setting was very rustic and relaxing - We were very happy with our stay and would definitely rebook -

The property was very peaceful and quiet. It is only a few minutes off the highway so very convenient. The house was very clean and comfortable. They went out of their way to make sure the heat was on with colder weather and lights were on with potential late arrival. I would definitely stay again if in the area!

We stayed for our daughters graduation ceremony from Binghamton University. It was conveniently located about 23 minutes from the school and about 30 minutes from my daughters house. Our family enjoyed the 4 days there. We felt at home and it was very peaceful. The view from the front porch was so beautiful. Wish the weather had cooperated so we could have gone on the lake. It was a great 4 days. The owners were easily reachable. Thank you again for letting us celebrate this memorable moment in your home.

Great stay! the home was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. Very dog and family friendly! Donna was very responsive and kind. We had a great trip and appreciated having a convenient, clean place to come back to every day.

We really enjoyed our stay. Super cozy! Maureen was super responsive when we needed help. The floors were a little slick in socks so we just took them off. We would definitely stay here again or another property that Maureen has.

Such a cozy and welcoming place! It had everything we needed and more. Elaine was so welcoming and thoughtful. She left snacks for us in the fridge and even included dairy free yogurt for my lactose intolerant daughter. We would love to come back!

I absolutely loved Catherine’s place — the most beautiful windows in the most beautiful setting. The space was open and welcoming and she was the kindest, most helpful host. I was so grateful to spend a few days there and would recommend her spot to anyone :)

We had a wonderful stay at Yonadav's farmhouse. The house had everything we needed, it provided the cozy, chill environment we were looking for. The screened in porch, sauna and fire pit we're all highlights of the space. We also enjoyed some nearby hiking and good vibes at the pheasant tail tavern. We would definitely stay here again, and we'd love to get some fishing in next time in Deposit.

The house is very cute, exceptionally clean and thoughtfully prepared. I was especially impressed by the welcome sign, the kind welcome message, and the thoughtful welcome package. Everything made us feel very comfortable and genuinely welcomed. Wi-Fi is quite slow but overall, we were extremely satisfied and truly loved staying here. The house is a real gem. All the details in decor have a purpose, evoke a feeling. We really loved the house and the lake is beautiful. 10 min drive to a State Park for some very picturesque hikes. Grocery store 1 min drive. Super clean house with everything you may need. Thank you!
