Beach apartment holiday rentals in Johns Pass

Loved our stay here! Had all the extras we needed for our 4 yr old to also enjoy a beach vacation (toys, towels, umbrella) The unit was quiet, easy to access, had all the amenities we needed, and super short walk right to the beach! AC worked great- which was appreciated because it was very hot. I hope we can come back another time- because I would stay here again!

The condo is absolutely beautiful! Great view of the marina with lots of sea life. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping! The best location right across the street from the beach! We will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom beach condo! Located on the 3rd floor, the view of the ocean from the balcony was simply stunning—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset. The condo itself was spotless and very well maintained. The beds were super comfortable, and the living room furniture made relaxing after a day at the beach feel like home. The owner has thoughtfully stocked the unit with beach chairs and umbrellas, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. Speaking of the beach—it was beautiful, clean, and quiet, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The pool was also a great size and never felt crowded. We really appreciated how responsive and helpful the owner was whenever we had a question. It made the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s place. The location was RIGHT on the beach and directly across from John’s Pass with several restaurants and beach shops. Jennifer was also super responsive and flexible with our travel schedule. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Our Condo was clean and well stocked. It was a perfect location to have easy access to the beach and local stores. Jordyn was beyond helpful and attentive. She always went above and beyond with my requests. We hope to be back and enjoy the condo again some day.

Great place for a quick and easy getaway vacation. Perfect across the street from beautiful beach. Pool seemed a little smaller than picture but was good size. There were pool crowds at points but not bad at all. And right next door to BOGO margaritas all day :-)

This Airbnb has a GORGEOUS view! It was so peaceful to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. And the beach was right there to walk down to. Was well-worth it to spend a week here away from my busy job - I’m leaving relaxed.

Nice little hideaway spot. Quiet clean and comfortable. The putting green is a nice touch.

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Sandra was very kind and very responsive. She even set out a bottle of wine for us. The instructions for check out were clear and seamless. We loved the stay and were close to the beach.

This was a great place to stay. Right on the beach, amazing view and well kept up. Alex reached out to us several times to make sure everything was going well. An added bonus was there is a trolly stop right at the door of the property. Trolly runs from Clearwater to St. Pete regularly. We parked the car and used the trolly to go to restaurants etc. avoiding parking hassles. We would stay again.

We had a great time at the condo! The 180 degree view of the Gulf was beautiful. The condo area also overlooks the pool. We also loved how close it is to John’s Pass. Lots of fun restaurants, shops, and water activities.

My wife and I and our two kids (7 and 3) had the best time during a last-minute spring break trip from New Jersey. Tanya’s home was perfect for us- fully stocked with beach amenities including chairs, an umbrella, and an abundance of beach toys, shovels, and balls for the kiddos. The condo was immaculate and even more spacious than the photos depicted. Being right on the beach was super convenient, and we enjoyed the pool as well (the pool and pool deck was spotless and attended to throughout the day). We did some light cooking and the kitchen has everything you could need for a quick meal or something more complex. The area is full of great restaurants and shops within walking distance or a short drive. My daughter wanted me to share that she has never seen a prettier sunset, too! We’ll be back!

Overall , we had a wonderful stay at Brandon’s place! The airbnb was clean and in a great area! One thing was the drawer that was supposed to have beach towels was empty, so I recommend restocking. But overall would stay again!

Well maintained. Great location. The beach is beautiful. Balcony has great sunset views. A lot of kitchen supplies!! I love the Tupperware set for leftovers. Also so many spices. We had one small issue that was responded to quickly. Great customer service. We’ll definitely be back next year.

We had a wonderful trip, and our family all loved the penthouse. Is big and roomy and extremely clean. Our host was kind enough to let us check in two hours early because we arrived before we planned. Was a great help to us. The location is great easy to walk to the beach that has nice clean bathrooms We definitely will stay there again if we return to that area

We had a great vacation! We appreciate the flexibility of our check in which was simple. The location is perfect, just steps to the beach and walking distance to so much h but highly recommend John’s Pass that has plenty of bars, stores, restaurants and amenities. We went water skiing and had a great time. Condo was clean and filled with all the amenities for coffee, beach and bathroom! Highly recommend.

Astonishing view from the balcony. Clean and well equipped place. The only downside is the living TV was not working the whole time during our stay. Other than that, perfect
