Théo is a special case! Kind, helpful and very attentive always! A Superhost!!! I recommend it to any couple who wants peace, tranquility and a beautiful place, with an indescribable sunset! Casa Freire is great for family time. We had a really nice weekend. The location is great, and the place is very quiet.

We had a perfect holiday at Chalet Santana. Nilde was extremely hospitable. The region is great for outdoor activities, we take bikes and explore various points. In addition to the June party in Joanopolis, which was a great surprise on the trip. The cottage matches the photos well and is very cozy, excellent for resting and enjoying as a couple. There is a stretch of land to get to, but it is well signposted, we followed Google maps as Nilde recommended and we had no problem finding the place.

Simply charming, both the place and the house. The house corresponds exactly to the photos, all items are in good taste, super complete kitchen, spacious and cozy rooms. We went as 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a highlight of the stay. Delicious, we stayed in the pool every day. We didn't leave the house any day, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another highlight of the trip is the owner Livia, who always responded to us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend it without a doubt!

The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures! Extremely comfortable and enjoyable. We were lucky to get cold days with temperatures that were below zero in the morning and the house was ready to serve us! Heaters in all rooms, clean and fragrant bed and bath linens of excellent quality It has all the household utensils to avoid any kind of difficulty. The location is excellent and easily accessible. The landscape of the place is enchanting. Walter was always available before, during and after our stay. The employee Dirce who received us is friendly and helpful. The house has games for the children so they don't get bored. It is possible to notice that everything there is done with great zeal and care. We will definitely return!!!

Espaço Riacho Doce is a nostalgic invitation to a more traditional environment of socializing, socializing and leisure with family and friends. Located in a rural area, isolated and private, it offers comfort, security and various entertainment options, such as chess, table games, books and other hobbies. First impressions refer to the feeling of being invited to the house of a friend who exchanged the chaos of the city for the enchanting simplicity of interior life, taking with him some of his cherished and nostalgic possessions — many of them worthy of the adjective ‘vintage’. We were initially greeted with affection and enthusiasm by the property's dogs, which probably help keep the place protected from unwanted visits. Then, Bruna and the 'Polaco' (?), the homemakers, welcomed us warmly, presenting the house and its surroundings. With the typical patience and inner wisdom, they explained in detail what to do and where to go. ... "it's over there"... so go!

Our stay was amazing!! Rodrigo was always very helpful, gave us several recommendations and always gave us a lot of attention. Very complete house, very well-equipped kitchen, all rooms have hair dryers and face tissues, everything very well thought out and beyond expectations. The view is amazing and the architecture of the house is very well structured, the leisure area is also amazing!! On the last night alone, we got a heavy rain and had some small leaks in the living room area, but nothing extreme.

fantastic place. The dam site is very beautiful, it has a soccer field and a playground for children practically next to the house. Hot pool, pleasant place, Débora very attentive, whenever I needed. If we have the opportunity, we will return for sure.

Clean place, wonderful outdoor space for family to socialize, very spacious house with good beds. Nothing too luxurious, more comfortable, I felt at home and it is in the center of everything, you don't need a car for anything. Cozy city, but better cold. I loved it and I intend to return again and if it is available I will stay in the same place.

It exceeded all my expectations, besides the place being extremely calm and relaxing, what else caught our attention was the reception of the hosts that made us feel at home. Very clean and fragrant room, which brought us a wonderful feeling of warmth. Very plentiful breakfast table and many options. We will definitely return and recommend it to friends.

Complete location, you don't have to worry about anything! There's everything in the kitchen if you want to cook, there are directions for ordering food or restaurants nearby. We were very well received and were extremely comfortable. We will return many times. It was my first experience here on the site and it turned out to be the best possible! Norma was very friendly and always quick to respond. The appartment is new! Very easy to find and in a great location, very close to the center of Monte Verde. Nearby there are pharmacies, markets, restaurants and even the São Francisco headquarters with masses on weekends in the June and July season. Check-in was very easy to do. The apartment is very clean, organized! It has a very good balcony for breakfast or even a glass of wine, enjoying the view. The kitchen next to the living room is also great, even having a fireplace. The room is very good, with a spacious and very comfortable bed. The air conditioning has hot air to withstand the coldest days and stay good enjoying a heat under the covers. Very spacious and clean bathroom, with a hair dryer for women and even a tissue to clean makeup. Suggestion: a better shower, with more water. Plus, it was worth it! Note 10!

Quiet place and very close to the center. Excellent for walking. Everything is very close (market, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzeria, shops). The apt is exactly as in the pictures. Extremely clean, all brand new. Kitchen equipped with everything you need (fridge, coffee maker, microwave, stove and oven, utensils, bowls... nothing is missing). Ample parking space in the garage, very practical check-in, with electronic locks (password access). We felt at home. Everything is very cozy and decorated in extremely good taste. The hostess Izildinha was very helpful, answering all questions immediately, giving directions to restaurants and tour agencies. I can only say good things about this place, which I highly recommend. It doesn't make you want to leave.

We loved the stay, everything was wonderful! The place is as beautiful as the photos and even better, the view is beautiful, everything is very cozy. Mr. Takahiro always responded quickly and gave all the necessary support, he was very attentive, we will definitely return more often!
