There is a balcony overlooking the street with single-family houses, a living room with a TV and a swing for relaxation, and a kitchenette. The toilet and bathroom are together with a shower and a washing machine in the apartment.

V blízkosti MHD (bus a tram směr centrum) 3 minuty chůze od bytu. Nedaleko se také nachází obchodní centrum Avion, Bělský les, potraviny, lékarna i restaurace.
