Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Jefferson

The home was absolutely beautiful. As a host, David stayed in contact through the entire process, and including through out our stay. We highly recommend David and his property. We will be visiting again and staying at David’s place.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and just a short drive to the airport. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which made it easy to relax. The home itself was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. It was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials and more. We’d definitely love to stay here again next time we’re in town! Highly recommend!

Had a lovely time in this amazing space. It was huge! The decor is great, tall ceilings, and they even have a large collection of vinyl. Plus, the hosts were very gracious and helpful when prompted with questions. Whole Foods was only 15 min stroll from the home and was a nightly stop. And the bead shop down the street was also amazing. The vibe was right, the local businesses were a delight, and the time was well spent. Highly recommend.

Brooke was very friendly and flexible. We had the chance to chat with her in person a few times during our stay and she was great. The home had everything we needed and was completely private from her home. There were constant lizard and butterflies outside on the porch which was lovely to relax in.

This was our first experience renting an Airbnb, so we weren't sure what to expect. Ray's place was amazing! It was very inviting and cozy. We're used to hotels - you know, the kind where doors are slammed, you got kids running up and down the halls screaming and it's impossible to sleep in. That was not an issue at Ray's. The neighborhood was very diverse and quiet, and sleeping in a little wasn't an issue. When we were looking for recommendations for food, he sent over a list and when we left some items behind, he kindly called and let us know. We can't wait to visit NoLa again and if available, rent Ray's place! Our only concern is that we're gonna be let down at any future Airbnb's because our experience with Ray was just that good! Do yourself and book with him! And if you do, tell him we sent you!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect—quiet but still close to everything I needed. The little touches like fresh towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi made the stay even better. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great Air Bnb. It was my first time in New Orleans and being located in Uptown was perfect. The home is exactly like the pictures, whenever I visit again I would definitely love to stay here again.

Foremost, the apartment was squeaky clean and tidy - always most important for me. I loved the tall ceilings, old double doors, and wavy glass windows. The historical feel of both the house and the apartment was very homey. The house itself was beautiful and the garden immaculate. The location close to the bayou was nice. The hosts were good to answer questions about getting around in the city, and provided recommendations. Overall, we were comfortable and really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely love this place! Great view of downtown NOLA. Only about a twenty minute walk to Jazzfest! It was just what we needed, my pooch loved the yard to run around. The kitchen has everything you need to cook as well!

Shirley and Minka are very detailed in their description of finding the place and how to check in and check out. Everything was a described. They send instructions and details a few days earlier than when you arrive, which is great! I loved that there were places they recommended for shopping and eating. Wonderful hosts. Great location! Neighborhood was very walkable and safe. We were traveling with a dog and enjoyed having an outdoor space for her.

We felt at home at Emilys place right from the start. The apartment is in a quiet street on a walking distance to Tulane. The place has all you need and is perfect for a couple. We particularly loved the garden, which is nice and cozy for a drink or just to sit and relax. Emily was a lovely host, very helpful and very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at Casey’s place! This home is within walking distance to a bunch of great shops and restaurants which we really appreciate. Our favorite restaurant, Shaya, was just around the corner! The place itself came equipped with everything you could need for your stay. We loved the set up of the Airbnb and it was perfect for us and our newborn. Casey was responsive to every message we sent, and all instructions were very clear. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone traveling to New Orleans!

Martin's place was so comfortable and exactly what we needed during our stay for our daughter's graduation from Tulane. Walkable to Oak Street, close to Tulane, and super comfy. Standouts were the beds with luxury linens and the authentic woodwork everywhere. The bathroom was convenient with a great shower in a clawfoot tub and a blow dryer. Kitchen had everything we needed including an electric kettle and lots of other necessities. The front porch was a lovely place to have coffee in the mornings and Martin was a friendly host. I highly recommend Martin's place!

We enjoyed. Everything looked really good place was def as described. We needed more towels and she got someone to come right over.

This was one of the comfortable airbnbs we have stayed in. Spacious apartment and the shower was large and beautiful with fantastic water pressure and temperature. Memory foam mattress and lovely pillows (not flat, not feather, not super thick!!!). Appreciated having a water boiler to make tea easily. The TV was a bit outdated and small, but did the job. Great communication with Jim. We loved waking up to the sound of singing, happy birds outside! ***this review above is for before our last night there, which we couldn't stay because a fire burnt the house severely and ruined almost all of our belongings with water and smoke...clothes, shoes, electronics, makeup, etc. But this is not the fault of the owner and I feel terrible for him, and for us, and wanted to write a review on how great the stay was before this tragedy.

This was our second time staying in Joseph's place, and we would definitely stay there again. We love the location on Esplanade, which is an easy walk to either the French Quarter or Frenchman Street. There's a 24-hour bodega right next door that is well-stocked and friendly. Joseph offers a parking pass which makes all the difference for people like us who love the option of having a car to explore other parts of the City. The condo was comfortable and pretty, with the extra bonus of a balcony overlooking Esplanade. This is a second-floor unit so there are stairs to the entrance; there are also stairs to the bedroom and bathroom, but there's a half bath on the main floor which is very convenient. We're both used to stairs so it didn't bother us a bit. In all, we highly recommend Joseph as a host and his condo as an excellent choice for an Airbnb.

This is a lovely spot in a great location, right on Magazine street in the heart of the Garden District. Walkable, with restaurants, coffee shops and sweet shady neighborhood streets showcasing New Orleans' architecture. The space itself was exactly like the photos - very stylish, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Jo Ann was very accomodating, responsive and an excellent host. It was a fun stay for our first trip to NOLA and we're glad to have had the chance to experience it.

Such a perfect spot for our weekend trip to New Orleans! The location was great on a nice quiet side street just steps from Magazine Street. The house was so charming and had plenty of room. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch in between our New Orleans adventures. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to NOLA.
