We had a wonderful stay at Ryan’s place! The location was perfect! Close to everything we needed and the list of local recommendations he provided was super helpful. The house itself was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Ryan was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This Uptown stay gave me exactly what I needed: a peaceful reset away from the buzz of the French Quarter and all the tourist traffic. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, and the apartment itself was impeccable. So much natural light, beautiful decor, and a layout that just made sense. It felt like a true retreat. I loved the flow of the space, the cozy bedrooms, and the little private outdoor area where I’d sip coffee in the morning or sit in stillness at night. Every corner felt thoughtful and inviting. Brad was a fantastic host. He was super responsive throughout our stay, and when we accidentally left some things behind, he went above and beyond to ship them back to us in Chicago. That kind of care really stood out. I see why this place is called the Vibrant Uptown Retreat. It absolutely lived up to the name. I can’t wait to return to New Orleans, and if this place is available, I already know where I’ll be staying. And you should book it too. Trust me. You won't regret it.

Michael and Robert were incredible hosts. From the moment of arrival to every communication during our stay. They were friendly and thoughtful and made our first time to New Orleans that much nicer. The space was very nice and clean and super comfortable. A/C was definitely our saviour during our stay! The area was so nice and relaxing yet exciting. Plenty of amenities within short walking distances meant you would never need to leave the area if you didn’t want to. Which would be crazy because New Orleans as a whole has so much to offer everyone! Everything we had planned to do and see was within a convenient 20-25 minute drive max. The food was incredible, the people were so nice and our stay with Robert and Michael in this incredible city just may have made the short list for one of our favourite trips to date. We cannot wait to return and we will absolutely be booking with Michael and Robert again in the future.

We loved Tim’s place! I work in New Orleans often, and this is one of the most convenient and comfortable homes I’ve Airbnb’d. Tim was helpful and responsive and it’s clear that he puts a ton of work into making folks feel welcome in the crescent city.

Great location for what we wanted, loved that there was a Cafe du Monde 5 minutes away. Loved the recommendations given by the host. Everything was just as described. Had a relaxing stay. Felt like my own home.

Don was by far one of the best hosts we have ever had. He brought us a case a water just to make sure we could carry waters with us when we went out for the day. He responded so quickly and gave so many local recommendations to help with planning. The check out was so nice and relaxed in comparison to the laundry list of instructions you normally receive. We had a great stay and will check for availability with Don before booking our next stay.

It was close to downtown, very accessible, and convenient. It does get a bit noisy as it is close to the highway so I would recommend for short vacations.

The apartment more than met our needs. Plenty of space and very easy to walk to all the French Quarter locations as well as the convention center. Beds were comfortable, access to the property was easy and the host communication was proactive with fast responses.

Great place with a wonderful location. I visit my family a few times a year in New Orleans, and this was one of the better places that I've stayed at during my trips. The host was attentive and the place was clean, comfortable, and as described in the photos. I'd recommend it to others and utilize it again on future trips.

This cute space was located central to all the great restaurants, minutes from the street cars which is easy access to all the sightseeing. Comfy bed, well stocked kitchen and towels!

Stayed a long weekend at John’s place with my parents and 3 year old. Wonderful spot for a family visit. John was a very considerate host and a great communicator. Great kitchen with everything we needed to cook. Nice extra touches like games and a wagon we could use to get to nearby playground. Very comfortable apartment in beautiful, quiet, and safe part of town. Strong recommendation.

This was our second stay at Anna’s-extremely clean-pristine, dog friendly (a necessity for us), convenient to downtown via Earhart Expressway, nice restaurants and entertainment are right in the neighborhood. It’s a great value too! When we travel to New Orleans we will continue to reserve her place in the future. Thanks Anna!

Excellent communication. Home is in a great location. Walking distance to some fantastic restaurants. Close to Ochsner Hospital, which was our reason for visiting NOLA. Neighborhood felt safe. Home has plenty of space for 6 adults. We will stay here again when visit NOLA.

The place was exactly as it was described. It’s small but perfect for visiting New Orleans because you’re not there very often. It was very cozy and convenient. It only took around 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter when walking. We didn’t even get a car because we were able to do everything from this location. There was a coffee shop right across the street that was really good. A small market is a block away. There are also shops in the French Quarter so if you need groceries, you can get them there. The communication was excellent. They made sure to give prompt instructions on how to get to your place. We had a great time. Thank you.

The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. We stayed at Gabriel’s place while in New Orleans for a festival. The location was the perfect distance from the fairgrounds and the hot tub was great for relaxing after a long day. We mostly ate out, but the kitchen had sufficient supplies for minimal cooking. Gabriel was very quick to respond to messages and easy to work with. We would recommend Gabriel’s place for any group needing a few rooms for a short stay exploring the awesome venues and food of New Orleans!

This condo was great for our French Quarter Fest vacation, the beds were comfy and it felt very safe and secure. The hot tub on the roof was especially nice after walking all day. Some things to note - two of the bedrooms are interior only, no windows, which was fine for our group but wasn’t expected, and the only bedroom with windows does get a lot of noise early in the morning (again, not a huge problem for us but just something to know). All the windows in the unit face another building so there’s not a huge amount of natural light or any view, but it was a great location and very comfortable. The two main rules are very strict - they will charge you if you get makeup on the white towels (they give you a very small washcloth for makeup removal), and they charge a lot for early check in or late check out, both were kind of a bummer - makes it feel a bit more corporate.

My husband and I had a really wonderful and memorable stay, thanks to Ian, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, offering genuine hospitality and even took us out on our last night in New Orleans (during Jazz Fest), which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The space itself is definitely more of a lived-in space; cozy but a little cluttered. That said, the unit is bigger than the photos lead on. There is a bonus sink/vanity right outside of the bathroom, that was certainly a plus for us when getting ready for the day/night. The location is ideal, walking distance to grocery stores, street cars, buses, and GREAT restaurants; at the same time the apt is remote and away from any street noise. We did run into an issue with the shower temperature and Ian fixed it right away. If you're someone who values a warm, local connection over a super polished space, this is your spot! Ian's hospitality is next to none!
