Welcome to the Mustard Seed. We believe that big memories can be made with humble beginnings. We invite you to come experience country-style living in East Tennessee. We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Mountain View Guest Cottage

Guest cottage in Tennessee's 2nd oldest town of Dandridge, near Douglas Lake. Located 45 minutes to Gatlinburg, 35 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 25-30 minutes to Sevierville and Knoxville. Perfect place for people on the go and needing a place to sleep and get ready. Also, we are 10 minutes from interstate 40 for those passing by needing a place to stay. We have a Queen bed and a Pull out Sofa. We are within 5 minutes of two boat launches, and we have room if you do decide to bring a boat.

The entire house is private with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen with coffee bar, fenced in yard & 2 large decks for outdoor sitting! Whether you're visiting to explore one of the two beautiful lakes nearby, Douglas & Cherokee, or just need a quiet getaway, our home is the perfect place for you!

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

In the main living room, there is room for hanging out, playing board games, streaming your shows on the Firesticks, or reading a book curled up on the couch with a cup of hot chocolate and a fuzzy throw. . If you all want to go out and explore, you are within 5 min of the AMC theater, entertainment, dining, shopping, parks and downtown.

Our home feels relaxing the moment you step through the front door. Being just ten minutes to I-40 or boat ramp, half an hour to Pigeon Forge, forty -five minutes to Knoxville, hour and a half to Asheville, NC, surrounded by mountains and Douglas Lake, this home is centrally located to many attractions but in a quiet area for relaxing as well. Free parking for all of the toys, free wi-fi, large deck for stargazing, close to the action!
